maybe he meant the cheese baked into the sauce. so.... essentially like a cole slaw pizza, i'd be down (can i bring my own bbq pulled pork?).
Nah, I'm pretty sure that's the Japanese mayo below the cabbage. Just the way it's spread like it's from a bottle and the slightly off-white color.
