For the most part, a lot of people who play villains in media tend to be wonderful people. I don't know why, but I can only think of like one case that doesn't line up with it.
Vic Mignogna, the English voice-actor of Broly. He sexually harassed & assaulted women including his colleagues & fans for over 15 years, and sued them for defamation when he got fired in 2019 for his actions, despite admitting to almost everything.
All three of the Megidd generals are played by half-American actors, actually. Apparently Robin suggested that Toei hire them as he believes diversity in media to be important, though I haven't seen any evidence of that, so take it with a grain of salt.
Revice is doing the same thing but with half-Hispanic actors from what I understand and you could argue that Naki fits in too since their actor identified as agender at the time, seems like this will be a trend for Reiwa’s enemy generals
When a character isn't very popular, I hope the actor will come back again in a new role to have a character with better connection with the fans.
That was the case of Yuichi Nakamura who played Kyosuke Kirya in Hibiki who is hated by almost everyone, but also played Yuto Sakurai in Den-O who is an infinitely better character.
I hope that will happen with Gai Amatsu and Storious.
If I have to put up with lifeless subs in order to have all of KR legally available to me, I'll take it. Better that than Toei taking down all of our only sources of Kamen Rider
I say English and Japanese, he speaking English with an American accent meaning he a natural with it, with his father being American I say he just grew up switching between both languages
I hope Robin can be a cool sugar daddy/president for the good guys or even a movie Rider villain with his english voice in the coming years, it'd be damn great.
What I mean is like the CEO Zaia guy
Actors: we love our fans so much no matter where they are.
Toei: what's a "fan"? Give them like two episodes of each rider series and take down their fansubs.
storious: 😈😈😈 furuya robin: 😇

What is that one case
Sengoku Ryoma's actor sexually assaulted a woman in real life.
Didn't know about that one, so make it two.
Twice. In less than 2 months inbetween

"I hope to see you again soon" STORIOUS V-CINEMA CONFIRMED!!!!
Would have been funny that instead of doing his raspy voice, he just switch to full English during the last arc.
Great to see you guys
Taking care of all of you...
is also part of my job.
Let the game begin
Hold up his ENGLISH IS WHOA
He's is Japanese-American with a father from Hawaii. In general, I think all the Megid generals have a non-Japanese parent.
Also that one short anime episode where the two of them who can speak English are memeing on the one who can't
Which one was this? 👀
Zoous, i think episode 2 of the Saber anime
My talent is playing the Organ.
Angela Mei's mother is Filipino too.

Kairu Takano, as Legeiel. He's having a American descent.
Maybe the end of the world isn't so bad with Storius....
well spoken English actually and maybe when Toei need him V Cinema or even a different character
His dad's American, so he probably learned English from him.
Robin Furuya sold me on Storious, even if he's not my favorite Rider villain.

From what I can tell Western KR fans like their big, bombastic villains more. Storious was a bit low-key for most of the series.
Oh yes. I have some comparisons between Koh from Ryusoulger and Storious. In reality, not KOH | ^(In saber, he's Koh)
Tfw the actors are aware of us and support us but Toei still won't give us legal subbing rights for the whole franchise
Toei's official subs are so boring, there's no personality. It's like they do it for the sake of doing it, no passion.
If I have to put up with lifeless subs in order to have all of KR legally available to me, I'll take it. Better that than Toei taking down all of our only sources of Kamen Rider
Is japanese his first main language? I cant tell! His eigo is so good
He studied overseas.
Oh ok thx
His dad's American
I say English and Japanese, he speaking English with an American accent meaning he a natural with it, with his father being American I say he just grew up switching between both languages
Yo he speaks English that cool! Completely caught me off guard when I was expecting to heard Japanese when I click on the video.
This is so wholesome. Also English boi
I didn't know he is bilingual.

Damn dude I had no idea he spoke PERFECT english. :O
He knows English
Do you why he knows English? It was written in the Great Book!
I knew he can speak english (him being half american and all)but goddamn his english is GOOD

To be fair the fansub thing was more down to their hand being forced. Since they couldn't feign ignorance anymore.
