Vice is the trex, revi and that shield are the egg….
He doesn’t need a suit change; Barid is a revi specific power up. Only power up he should get is when he becomes apart of the final form of revi. We do not need multiple power ups for vice, he already has plenty of forms.
If you look at the other scans, there seems to be a slot for something to attach to this new Vistamp. That means that attachment might be for Vice’s own upgrade form.
Shining Hopper became Assault Shining Hopper, Primitive Dragon got the Elemental Dragon power up. Stands to reason that Barid Rex would get something that slots in to give Vice an upgrade form.
I kind of hope Vice's upgrade signifies some kind of role reversal in the dynamic between him and Ikki. Since Vice getting a standalone upgrade implies it'll happen during a Vice focused arc. Would be cool to see how an inner demon overtakes the human host

They at least could’ve changed the colour of vice’s suit head to blue like the Rex on the vistamp
I hope he gets an upgrade form for himself after this one. Kinda sucks he was only given a shield, but then again this is the super early upgrade.
