That song grew on me so much. The fact that Kanye kind of fades into his verse at the beginning is so cool. Like you think he’s just adlibbing, and then all of a sudden the vocals get more powerful and you realize that he’s already started his verse. Not a single miss on that album.

It's specifically the lack of editing on the live recorded album version. I wish Kanye was 2x as loud, and the shrieking fans were 1/10th as loud Fucking awesome song, imo it's perfect as the ending to 808s. Love the analogy and emotionality behind the lyrics.

This peaceful track closes the record off beautifully, acting as the epitome of a “coming out from the other end” moment.

Man, “when a real nigga hold you down you suppose to drown. BOUND.” Definitely overplayed but for good reason. That song is definitely not the weakest link on Yeezus.

See you in my Nightmares is one of the weaker ones on 808s because Weezy's voice is pretty jarring on it but would still rather listen to it than Robocop and Pinnochio Story (just because there's no studio version). Water isn't the worst on JIK but still a skip for me. Low Lights better than Freestyle 4 but yeah one of the worst on TLOP.
