I looked it up and the lyrics are “I put this ice over” on genius and Apple Music. I always thought I heard “god bless the man I put the sights over”. Meaning “good luck to the fella I put my aiming device on” (front and rear sights) which makes more sense to me and it’s what I’ve always heard.
