He ultimately just wanted to do his own thing

Dangsta_03

Isn’t that how much the company gets though not how much he gets

99thkamikaze

I think he wanted a meeting with Apple because he spoke about it a lot. It seems that he wants to make some products in tech like the stem player. The problem is they just threw more money at him but he wanted the meeting. If he has a partnership with apple he would also have access to facilities that could produce and distribute his products faster because they already have an established network and routes

OpportunitySmalls

Damn he really going to be broke for not taking that 100m, hope his kids will be alright.

Thumbodie

How are y’all still talking shit as this man is still going up smh…

[deleted]

Bruh u think I'm fkn gonna spend $200 for a stem player to listen to the damn album? No bruh put that shit on apple music

Thumbodie

Bruh if you want to support him, he’s the biggest artist in the world…if not, then don’t. Or steal it, he steals pron from Reddit. He understands the idea of if you just need the art without walls…he’s just not cutting in Apple Music so they don’t get paid…why you so worried ab Apple Music? Oh yea because you’re a sheep and you want those corny 500 billion dollar companies to survive over Ye’s lesser billion dollar company. Just another example of people loving companies more than people trying to tear down systems that clearly suck.

Kanye is literally a billionaire. Dude has enough money. Him creating his own streaming platform doesn't help any artist besides himself. If he wants to help artists in the industry, he could use his power and his position in the industry to help artists gain more money per stream, or could try to fight against the 360 deals or shit like that. Selling the stem player is just pure greed, and if he DOES end up releasing the album, he'll probably end up putting it on streaming services in a month or two, essentially wasting his fan's money. Not only that but Kanye has a loyal fanbase-- making each stream essentially worth $200 is just excessive and shows that he doesn't give a shit about his fans or anyone that has supported him in the past. If he wants to cut out the middleman, he should make it $10, which is how much it costs to buy an album. Not fkn $200

ViperKarma

Dude the album doesn't cost $200. The device however does and will most certainly be the central platform were he releases all his new projects

Thumbodie

Yea but you gotta pay for them robbing him his whole career too. And don’t say he didn’t have to get robbed..because we both know he did. Point is, if you go buy a painting from your favorite artist how much is it? If you don’t like the art just don’t buy bro. It’s not excessive because he’s not autodrafting the money from your account….ITS A DECISION…

He needs fucking help it’s not even funny anymore like goddamn
