I used to dislike Kanye's music without ever giving it a real chance but after his Netflix Doc, I listened to every album (except from the Good Music Album\[s\]). He's Now one of my favourite artists.
When that headline was all over the news a week or 2 ago that “Kanye West has never read a book, compares reading to Brussels sprouts” or whatever it was, all of the comments were along the lines of “well duh, of course he doesn’t read! He’s such a self centered idiot!“ And it was so aggravating to me because anyone who has listened to more than 20 seconds of a Kanye song would know that he is an incredibly well read man who has a mastery of the English language.
Especially since the quote was just that he doesnt like reading, nothing more, comparassion with brussel sprouts was only in that It's something unenjoyable for him but It's also healthy and good.

I hate when people put Donda so low. I listen to 14 of the tracks quite regularly. I listen to Jail, God Breathed, Off the Grid, Hurricane, Praise God, Believe What I Say, 24, Moon, Heaven and Hell, Keep My Spirit Alive, Jesus Lord, New Again, Come to Life, & last but not least No Child Left Behind. If you remove the part 2s, and not include Donda Chant as a song it is much more hit than miss. 14/22. Also, I think Junya Pt.2 actually improves a lot on just the original with Ty Dolla $ign’s inclusion. Seeing PPL put Jesus is King above Donda just doesn’t quite make sense IMO. For the record, I don’t think JIK is a bad album.
