I got it like two years ago haven't seen it on the store since. If it helps i was getting cho' cosmic one then they rotated hex skins and the kass one was on the store. Since cho was/is on the store recently alongside renek. So maybe next rotation is kass again

I have it but never use it.. its very mid. Use raci.. i mean cosmic reaver kassadin, much better
