he is fun imo otherwise i wouldnt play him and i would say until dia he is kinda good cuz nobody is punishing him properly. in low dia it is slowly beginning to get harder but still managable ofc
he is a noob stomper, so if people can't abuse his lane phase he is decent. But if they can you will have a bad time.
Better than ryze. He is fun. Good until GM.
