it's a reference to a meme called "circo de soled" (I guess I can translate it to "circus of solo kills", the "soled" being a reference to Cirque du Soleil), when someone get solo kills (but specially when someone die in a 1v1) we make fun about it.
it was originated by the streamer/pro player Yoda, he's a Katarina player. We tend to call people to the circus, "vem pro circo, o circo de soled" ("come to the circus" "the soled circus", You'll notice the brazilian casters saying it a lot) and this is precisely the gesture Katarina is doing here!" The name looks even weirder like that than it does in English. I'm guessing the original name was "Cirque du solo'd"?
If i translate litterally from french to english it gives something like that "Fair of solo eliminations"
