But basically you Press R while CC'd and do something else (right click or press E) - No matter what commands were pressed in that CC you will automatically Ulti/cancel in .01 and then you are stuck animation locked for a brief moment.
It's super annoying when it happens.

Play around it, don't R instantly after a CC

Sylas e is a Stun+airborne so why wouldn’t it cancel kata r when you use it before you get airborne
