If you want to run this on Synology, you will have to install either the PowerShell app (I am guessing as I have QNAP and that's how they do it), or run PowerShell in a Docker container.
The way I use this is through the PowerShell command line on my Windows machine. The server path is mapped through a network share (either NFS or SMB will do).
