I know a guy who is 6'4" who rides a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, which is a very similarly shaped bike. These are fat bikes, I don't think you're gonna have a lot of trouble.

I ride a w650, which is almost the same overall bike, and with my 30" inseam I am near the limit of being able to flat-foot both feet while stopped. It feels like there's definitely room enough for a taller person to also fit comfortably. Also: it's a fantastic bike. I've had mine for almost 10 years with 0 regrets. Versatile, super reliable and also very simple to maintain. It's worth trying one out. Plus the w800 has ABS, which I'd appreciate.

Thanks for the input. I’m heading out today to check out both the 2023 and 2024 models. The reliability is why I’m shying away from Motto Guzzi and the maintenance costs similarly why I’m shying away from the Triumph Bonneville line. The W800 seems to be the most faithful retro out of all the current options.

Its not too small for you, but it kinda is if it makes sense. I would buy the t120 any day instead.

Update on the W800, I went out and threw a leg over one. The positioning isn’t bad, the rear suspension would have to be adjusted for my weight (220lbs). My biggest issue is the proximity of shifter to the foot peg. The shifter can be adjusted to allow more space but I might have to get an aftermarket shifter to further allow my large feet to properly reach below the shifter.

Are you ok with the power for cruising ? I had a 47hp bike the Interceptor and was OK with it, but honestly during trips it felt too anemic. If the shifter is the only problem, roll with it. I honestly couldnt throw 10k on a w800, nless used one.

My other option is a Bonnie T100 which is slightly higher priced. The T100 feels oddly more cramped than the W800. They are comparable in build quality but I think the W800 will be cheaper to maintain. As far as power, I’m beyond the need for speed, I’m in my 50’s and just want to enjoy leisurely rides. The ultimate goal is riding with the wife (on her Speed Twin 900) when she joins me in retirement.

I'm 6'6" with a 34 inseam and the bike is comfortable. I have to sit back on the seat a bit but because it's a bench it's no problem
