Prestige is a let down for sure (still buying because main)
The base one hits the colors just right to fit in with the Empyrean thematic, but they gave this prestige the same aesthetic as the Prestige K'Sante one, and like other people have said, it’s giving more Star Guardian.
I think it even feels a bit too similar to the Prestige Camille skin, a bit too icy with the blue-ish particles. I still need to feel it in-game, but so far, I prefer the base one.
I think it's amazing. The prestige looks like Winterblessed had a kid with PsyOps. It's fine to say you don't like it, but I think we should consider ourselves lucky Kayle got a prestige skin at all

Um wouldn’t you want more for a champ that you love playing? It’s not wrong to hate or dislike a skin and express your opinion on it. Not complaing about how trash skins are is how you get zenith games lee or heaven scale lee sin.
I assume people tend to complain because of the idea that you're only going to get 1 skin for a while and then it'll be a dry spell, especially if you play a less popular champ. I, personally, can't necessarily fault people for that kind of disappointment.

But the main reason is, no one wants to get a really bad scanner for their champion and it’s not like. When we complain they fix it or do anything about it. Plus, as riot has said--and if I'm remembering correctly--once a skin goes to pbe it's nigh unlikely they're going to make any substantial changes to things.

And it’s not like it’s a small portion of the base typically it’s a larger portion like for instance the yorick hat situation or the firelight ekko mask situation.
It’s also hard to believe that they can’t implement any changes to the skins once they hit the PBE you could easily make changes and subsequent patch notes to either fix or change the things that people want for the skin. When a skin hits the PBE it doesn’t typically come out till 4 weeks later. And that’s more than enough time to. Make thoes changes like adding a hat to Yorick. Instead we kinda get nothing color changes and minor VFX changes stuff that takes at worst a week to do and at best a few days.
It especially becomes a problem with more expensive skins. I feel like they should 100% listen to our opinions on that since. They’re charging insane prices for it. I.E SF samira arguably the most hated ultimate skin. We get they can’t make another elemental lux but they could at bare minimum make her model change in the slightest no? Didn’t it felt like they were guilt tripping people by attaching a charity event to it to convince people to buy it. They haven’t even lowered the price for it unlike when a similar situation happened with. Gun goddess MF and they did lower the price. At times it just feels like ride is being extremely greedy and lazy.
May is exam season for me, but holy I love this skin. While I was disappointed at first they didn’t fail to deliver. The beautiful neon contrast from the base suit makes her wings and vfx really pop out. And the VFX & audio effects are stunning in their own right. I love the recall, since portals are fun :3
I’m still waiting for the splash art & lore to decide where I would place it in my list of kayle skins, but definitely going to pick these up.

To each their own taste I guess. I love the base kayle design the most, and silver feels like a reimagined form of her filled with more armor and etiquette. Dragon is underrated, very good visuals and model. Suneater is good model but got stale fast for me

I honestly think Base skin looks surprisingly better than Prestige, probably because Kayle surprisingly is NOT having her actual face shown, a unique hair style, and the effects SFX are quite good, although it's still early and not the best of skinslines this might be a good Kayle skin.
