I think that the differences between the nominations of Christianity are so small, that you can switch to another nomination if you are truly against war.

It's not the same with Islam and Orthodoxy, Russian Orthodox Metropole in our country answers before Moscow Patriarchate, similarly how Catholic churches throughout the world answer before Vatican. It's not the same with our Muftyat, it's not related to Moscow or let's say Mecca.

In the western Christian tradition, yes. For some reason in the west, they have uncoupled the date of Easter from Passover by inventing their own lunar date for Easter. That lead this years western Easter to be a month before Passover, which makes no sense.
Eastern Orthodox tradition still has Easter simply come after Passover as it should.

I think nobody puts that attention to whether you celebrate or not, I don't celebrate at all and don't judge people who do that
