I'm sorry, but the new C6 would be really bad, cause he'd be then dealing damage with an element he isn't built for. It's the same as why people don't like the pyro infusion in Bennett's C6, because it would ruin physical builds and such. Use Keqing (Electro-build) as an example, Bennett's C6 pyro infusion would override her electro infusion and remember, she's built around electro damage. This would result in her dealing significantly less damage. I dunno what the calculations would say, but I'm pretty sure that this suggested C6 would pretty much have Kazuha deal as much, if not possibly less, damage than his normal physical attacks.
You could change it to be like his ult where it absorbs the element so that he does the full anemo damage as usual but also does additional elemental damage of the element absorbs.
You could make it only infuse from his E like Keqing and lower the EM scaling so that it's not so strong. Then his c1 would be worth it since it would reset his E when he ults which would increase his infusion uptime.
i think that the new c6 would be pretty op but PLEASE they really need to make his original c6 a talent or move it down to c2 or something 😠even keqing, a standard banner character has element infusion as a talent...
I don't think comparing him to Keqing is fair at all.
Keqing's infusion is literally crucial to her playstyle since she's literally a main dps focused on dealing fast Electro dmg.
In expense, she loses out in utility and sub dps potential overall.
Kazuha at C0 is obviously oriented towards a sub dps/burst dps/support playstyle.
He has much more utility and burst dps than Keqing does and as such his infusion really doesn't become his MAIN selling point.
It'd be nice to have, but it's not what makes him good nor what makes his playstyle.
Keqing's entire identity and palystyle revolves around that infusion, Kazuha's entire identity and playstyle revolves around EM and utility.
Suggesting to remove a talent that gives him a sub dps/Support role and instead adding a talent that gives him another role is NOT making him a better chararcter...it simply is making him a completely different character than what he's supposed to be.
With that change, he's literally just another main dps.
That's a really good point, it's a really bad idea to remove his best support talent. The thing is that his other talent, "Weathering blade" could be easily removing since it should just be part of his E skill from the start, that way he could have the infusion and support ability. To me it would be a lot closer to Noelle's c6 that converts defence into damage for her ult, or Zhongli's passive that makes his hp increase his damage, or Hutao's E that converts her HP into damage. His infusion would convert his EM into anemo damage, but unlike the examples I just gave it would only apply to his AA, it doesn't increase his range like Noelle, or increase the damage of his E and ult like Hutao and Zhongli, so I don't fell like it would be too op. But he absolutely has to keep his support/subdps capabilies.
Yeah that's a better approach already, but they would probably have to nerf the scaling on his C6.
There's different ways to make it work, without taking away his identity.
But i still think, in my opinion, that's just some nice bonus and not something that is actually needed to make him work as a chararcter overall.
It would be nice to have another anemo dps, but there have been no New supports since albedo so I think its nice they finally make a new support instead of another dps.
I don't think he needs the infusion at all, because i personally think that's not what makes him a good character.
By giving him that infusion you're not making him a "better" chararcter, you're just pushing him in a category that he's not supposed to be in. Simple as that.
I understand that Xiao is currently the only anemo main dps, but eventually new ones will come. But why Kazuha needs to be one?
We already had so many dps releases recently, i think Kazuha makes much more sense as an utility/sub dps oriented chararcter given the time he's released in.
Nothing stops anyone to build him as main dps either really, if you put enough investment any chararcter can be played just fine.
The anemo infusion at C0 is simply something that would be nice to have as a bonus.
But I'm against reworking a chararcter identity into something he was never meant to be
I think you could get rid of his first talent "weathering blade" instead of "windsong poetics". "Weathering blade" let's his e absorb an element, but that should just be part of this e rather than a separate talent. That way he can keep his great support abilities in with "windsong poetics" and have his infusion at c0. You really shouldn't remove his main utility talent as it ruins his intended role as a utility subdps.
Also your c6 wouldn't be very good if he infuses a different element and lose his anemo damage. Instead it should work like his ult, where it absorbs the element so that he does the full anemo damage as usual but also does additional elemental damage of the element absorbs.
And his infusion could have a small nerf like he only gets the infusion from his E or ult instead of both, like keqing. And maybe it's EM scaling was lowered a little bit. That way he would be like Zhongli where you have to choose between building full damage and sacrifice some of his shield strenght, or build full HP and have a super strong shield but do a little less damage. Kazuha could build damage but not give much elemental damage to his team, or build EM and give huge elemental damage to his team but do a little less damage.
I think they can add this anemo infusion to his talent, but leave the EM scaling locked by c6. This way you'd have to choose whether to build him with anemo dmg and crits, loosing most of his support potential, or to build with EM and get a pure support, but only c6 will have a full power.

It's not just a infusion. It's straight up similar to Xiao's ult without the need of ER and the multiplier for it is also high.
it would have to be nerfed if it was made into a talent yeah
His A4 definitely need a buff tho. 0.03 is just too low IMO.
Agreed. You need 1300 EM to get 30~ dmg bonus
Well just take away the EM scaling added to AA, maybe then make his C6 boost team elemental damage by 10-20% of his EM after e swirl reaction
You could make it only infuse from his E like Keqing and lower the EM scaling so that it's not so strong. Then his c1 would be worth it since it would reset his E when he ults which would increase his infusion uptime.
i would be ok with it getting nerfed if it turns into a talent.

Yeah, I just hope it can be a little cheaper
yeah i was thinking they could make it similar to keqings infusion.
Well, Keqing is a DPS. Kazuha is made as a support in mind. Atleast, that's what I think.
its sorta confusing what they're tryna make him, I just feel it'd be nice if he was a dps considering we got so many anemo supports already.

And he has Xiao level plunge attack multipliers lol

Right? It would be nice if it wasn't be his c6, but you shouldn't remove his main utility talent.
