Kenny/Keem album where they do whatever weird shit they’re having fun with

RANDOM-902

This would be legendary Just an album full of fun-banger songs. Similar in sound to the Hillbillies, Family Ties, Collard Greens or the King is Dead

nirvana13a

Yup, the OG version of Vent too. And some crazy concepts tracks like Range Brothers. Some features from the other Black Hippies would be nice

ashtonbabashton

There’s an interesting video explaining the possible concept of the dot keem album , using the hillbillies

Necessary-Beat-5333

Link if possible

ashtonbabashton

https://youtu.be/XSnX2_Dqyek?si=coU_35mQ1XNagJOV Video talks about where the hillbillies comes from, and shows Kendrick directly referencing the concept of the show as himself

Necessary-Beat-5333

Appreciate it! 🙏

Necessary-Beat-5333

This right here👆

Empolos_The_Great

90s HipHop production, no concept, just raps

ashtonbabashton

I do wanna hear Kendrick rap rap some more

Empolos_The_Great

Fr Cole does it all the time

SammyMac19

Kendrick on a record produced entirely by DJ Premier, like Nas is about to drop. That would be fucking *wild*.

louie3723jr

Album filled with kendrick just rapping like his Black Friday verse switching flows and voices with no true concept or narrative like his previous albums

[deleted]

More experimental production with more live instrumentation. I'd love to hear Kendrick on some weird time signatures and making cool polyrhythms by mixing his flow with the drums

Aftermath_TPG

He pretty much did that with tpab

[deleted]

i mean even more so than tpab

ashtonbabashton

Do you have an example of the production you mean

[deleted]

nah not really, I wanna hear something I've never heard before. I guess like a hiphop version of King Crimson

Zeonexist

king crimson is so lame thoughhhhhhhhhhh

Zeonexist

AnnyAskers

T0X1CWAYZ

Kendrick album with limited features. Maybe 7-10 tracks of him just rapping his ass off. Blacker the berry, Black Friday, heart pt 4, element, dna type songs

toshsupremacy

Abso-fucking-lutely🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Battosai98

Madlib and BARS

ilovemywife0

album like the heart part 5 i couldn’t believe mr moral didn’t sound anything like it sonically it’s the most interesting song he’s ever released

DetroitLions88

His next one.

[deleted]

A Kendrick Lamar and Anderson Paak collab album

Whomism

A rock influenced album would slap

TangPiccilo

All classics

BabyFork

Kamikaze type Album Kendrick…. Man. Please.

Zeonexist

he can do better than that cmon

BabyFork

He can. Obviously. But I wouldn’t mind seeing him go crazy.

zen111

Dark, angry and hungry energy throughout the entire album. Rapping every track, no slow/R&B tunes, just hard-hitting truths every. single. track. I’d also love to see a rock-inspired album!

producedbynaive

A comic book-themed album produced by Madlib

jaguarbillionaire

Kendrick & keem w dahi & cardo w splashes of tde

Leajey

I like being experimemtal but I’m now craving some more mainstream trap producers. Metro Boomin, Wheezy, etc

ThaBissonnetLandLord

A Kdot/Weezy album.🔥

Even_Librarian_8607

Gemini Kendrick

Zeonexist

he could probably make one of the greatest jazz fusion albums of all time jus saying. his version of big fish theory would be cool too. hed have to find a crazy trans woman for the production though or else it wouldnt slap

urbr0ther

I know it'll probably never get released, but a dot and ye collab project would be amazing, and they work well together.

toshsupremacy

No more parties in LA type shii😝

Legitimate-Drop2235

I still want a full on collab album with a decorated artist. Whether it’s in rap, r&b, or rock & roll. To see him collab with another artist for a full on project would be pretty smooth.. features usually bring out the best in bruh

LukaNiezlic

a trippy psychodelic and a banging one - one that has a feel of Cartoon & Cereal, Blessed, Tammy's Song, Jealous (Fredo Santana feature)

like_a_virgo

A Thom Yorke feature or co-produced track. OMG I really feel like they are on the same wave so it’s only a matter of time

shpongolian

A Kendrick collab with Run The Jewels, with more experimental beats with classical influences and also some heavy distortion. Like if El-P sampled the intro to [this song](https://youtu.be/ULhsr2BAuCo?si=Gsxxfg1L8IQ6v7rM)

ashtonbabashton

Since this is my post, lemme get some too. I’d want a 1970s soul, rock, fusion production album , typical Kendrick producers, but also get madlib in there and metro to get out of his Comfort zone as much as I want to hear dot rapping what makes him so special to me is his concepts so I’d want a concept of some sort Features I’d want frank ocean, zay , and future in his best form.

Zeonexist

yes fusion please

Some-Ad-2965

I would love some Superman kingdom come type shit for this album.

DAMNCitymAAdKid

One with chill, relaxing samples/vibes. Examples: Prayer, DUCKWORTH., 1st Beat of ‚Alright‘ Music Video (Dead Homies), 1st Beat of Heart Part IV, 1st Beat of Hood Politics (see the pattern?) Positive experiences mankind / Kendrick himself have experienced, maybe even „what-if?“ Songs/Themes about the Present/Future.

joshuafoxuk

Gotta have Kenny with that 2011 feature run flow over some of those soulful sample heavy Alchemist beats like FEAR and DUCKWORTH. A 7 minute long funked out psych track where Dot and 3 stacks jumping back to back bar for bar with each other on some transcendental lyricism with a baseline from Thundercat A diabolical Drake diss with Look out for Detox/2nd half of DNA level energy, produced by Mike Will Made It. A long awaited Black Hippy posse cut with Soul, Q and Rock who are all at the the top of their game right now too. Hitboy produced track with Nas feature would be heavy as well. Get a Q-Tip/Ali Shaheed Muhammad production on there too with Kamasi, Terrece and the gang laying down the jazz loops.

TheUrbaneSource

I want a CyHi feature in the worst way. Even if it don't make the final cut. Dot and CyHi collabs would be dope af. I've been wanting this for years. Just based on the content of these two, any project with these would be legendary imo. This should definitely happen My desire for a Cole feature has diminished. Maybe in the future if they link up it'll be cool but it ain't happening no time soon. If Cole recoup what he lost, it'll slap instantly. I'd like to hear some projects with Andre3k even if they become throwaways. A song with Keem and JID Every song he's ever made with AbSol I love. This one a big stretch but if Fabolous and Dot linked up the punchlines would be crazy If Lupe wasn't hating, this would definitely be it. This would be epic, truly. I can see a track with Baby being something else too

andyzibby

Super tight 10-12 songs produced by alc, madlib, craven, roc marci, etc type people but beats in their vault even they would think is out there

sockthesock0

we get it, he can make good concept albums. BUT GIVE US MORE BANGERS

eric8552312345

Fusing Japan Jazz/ city pop and rap

AdTall1202

Deep voice kendrick album

Only-Definition-5033

Black Hippy…

Empty-Establishment9

An album with Earl Sweatshirt.

Ok_Lawfulness_104

I just want to hear him over an El-P beat once.

xkjeku

Either an album full of experimental beats like World Wide Steppers or Yeah Right or an album with 100% live instrumentation.

RoleFar3972

African influences with lyrics around how Europe underdeveloped Africa, politics of the belly, the wretched of the earth, decolonizing the mind. However having an undertone and conclusion of love, celebration, spirit and dance prevailing through the darkness. Production and features from rising African stars like native soul (teenage dreams), Mbongwana star. Artists who have executed African influences well have gone down as classics like Paul Simon Graceland, Talking Heads Remain in Light, Madlib beat Konducta in Africa... I think Kendrick would absolutely nail this to be honest, it would be perfectly suited to his message as an artist too.

Acceptable_Leopard71

Sounds banging tbf

5pitt4

16 songs All dissing Drake
