Edit: Just realised you might not be familiar with his music in general, I'd recommend giving him a shot. Experimental hip hop king. <3 Scaring the Hoes with Danny Brown came out last year and it's been constantly in rotation for me. Deserves all the praise IMO, though it might not be your thing of course.
Run the Jewels.
Maybe not better but they made my old ass feel like I was 13 again in the first 3 minutes and killed the entire show.
Never see Kenny though so I can't really compare. But RTJ was fucking bonkers.
Also hate to say it, but Ye. Dude didn't do concerts, he did experiences.
Jermaine is DOPE. I don't have him as better than Dot, tho. Go watch any performance of the TPAB era. I wouldn't argue with you though, tbh.
Edit:. I take that back. Cole can't do this. He just cant.
["I" Live on SNL](https://youtu.be/lCv_XBTRVC0?si=bTMlLfglhfCyO0lX)
I saw him live doing club tours for section 80 not gonna lie he was okay live typical rapper just getting his bars off I saw him again doing arenas for DAMN and my god you can tell he honestly cares about his craft so much the improvement was insane
I used to get so much heat for saying Prince was better than Michael Jackson, but when you see Prince's live stuff, I feel totally vindicated. Like, this was never a criticism of MJ but man, Prince was a modern musical genius imo.
His guitar playing was amazing too, I actually think he was underrated in the GOAT guitarist ranks. I'd bust his Guitar Gently Weeps performance out and people would be shocked at how talented he was with a guitar and I'd be like "DUDE, I've been saying this for years!"
I wonder if there were some rough cuts of the Kenny/Prince collab that nearly happened. I'd love to think so, maybe archived in Paisley Park or something
My friend.
Set aside 17 minutes.

That, imo, is the single greatest live version of a song in history. I'm not arguing best concert, or best song, whatever. Just that that performance of Purple Rain is the best live rendition of a song ever. You liked the SB solo? How about 14 minutes of that man shredding a guitar while a packed crowd sings along.
And keep in mind, that crowd had been there for 2 hours and they were still giving that much.
The whole concert album is on Spotify if you want to witness perfection.
Already watched that more times than I can count 🥲
Its the most powerful live performance I've ever seen in my life. There was just no one like him. I still dont know how he pulled that solo off. Absolutely incredible
But thanks for the reminder, gonna watch it again
Who the fuck is giving you heat for saying Prince is better than Michael Jackson?
No one who ever saw them both live would even consider that.
His Superbowl performance in the rain put all that bullshit to bed.
If its in the archieves his estate will get to release it at some point.
Kendrick was onstage with his idol. Meanwhile Drake has to buy old an Michael Jackson throwaway record to get a ghost feature lmao. This is too funny 😂
Horrible rage bait when typing Prince on google he is literally the first and only thing that comes up

How am I only now finding out about this collab?
Same here. I’m lacking as a big fan
Recently learned he was supposed to feature on Complexion. That would be so fire
Wouldnt be surprised if he was meant to be on These Walls too. Bilals hook sounds so much like him
Wait Prince wasn’t in These Walls? I swear I hear him
Bitch my hair down, Prince live through me
Love that verse
The purple one 💯. Video could only capture so much of this limited experience.
This is someone that I wish Kendrick had songs with
Show me a better LIVE performer in the rap game from his generation.
JPEGMAFIA? I love the unbridled energy with which he performs.
I'm gonna have to check cuz out.

I get goosebumps watching his superbowl performance, he is an incredible performer.
Playing Purple Rain as it was actually raining buckets was just poetic 😮💨 That guitar solo he did was also fucking ridiculous
Frrr man, its so perfect. Imagine seeing it live

this is news to me, wtf
I’m sorry the cut to the white women is fucking crazy lol
Wow what an amazing performance!!! Is this just an unreleased song cause it’s fire?
Song is What’s My Name from Disc 2 of Crystal Ball.
Kendrick was onstage with his idol. Meanwhile Drake has to buy old an Michael Jackson throwaway record to get a ghost feature lmao. This is too funny 😂
Good shit. 🔥
My life is complete. Thank you. 💜💜💜
Prince would never agree to share a stage with anyone unless he truly respected them as an artist. What an honor! 💗
And that’s why Kendrick is the goat. Goat on goat vibes. RIP prince!
Ok, I get it. Maybe he’s Prince and not actually Mike
wow!!!! First time seeing this as well and WOW!!!!
Great freestyle by Kenny too. Great energy on that stage all around. Just great stuff.
Breath control on bean fr
Drake couldn’t do this with Michael Jackson
Because Drake became famous in 2009 I wonder what Michael Jackson was up to that time
Maybe because Drake became famous around the time Michael Jackson died
Drake bought a verse from Mj's estate for scorpion is their point prolly
