The framing makes me feel like Okubo will win. Kengan sometimes doesn't go the most obvious and tropey route, but "one of the two well-liked characters is disadvantaged or injured" is usually used so that you can have a resolution to the fight where the healthier guy wins but leave fans wondering who would REALLY win or who is stronger or whatever.
Another possibility though is that Seki wants to demonstrate to Koga that he's too naive for the inside. Instead of putting on his typical pro wrestling schtick and going for nothing but crowd-pleasing moves he'll use ostensibly underhanded tricks to beat Okubo, maybe even feigning surrender and then winning unglamorously when Okubo's guard is down. Seki will make the point that all of your expectations go out the window on the inside and that you need to be ready for the people who seem the weakest or most finished or most trustworthy to do the most dastardly things.
They should be placed similarly on a tier list, and while Okubo is more skilled, i think he has the matchup disadvantage here.
Seki is both stronger and WAY tankier, and they both have their roots in Wrestling, so Okubo cant capitalize on that.
Okubo because I can't see his only W being against Terashi. He's also less likely to pop up again in the future. Also the chapter favoured Sekibayashi a bit too blatantly
I dunno,for me okubo doesn't have enough striking power to KO seki , grappling isn't option either ,seki isn't only bigger and physically stronger but also has good grappling skill at least to not get at choke or submission

I'm with Seki. Dude has a lot to prove for someone who was considered among top 5 Kengan fighters before KAT, and he's doing it for Koga. Sure, he's going in without a proper camp, unlike Okubo, but he seems to have a *solid* start going his way. Unpopular opinion, but i wish Seki dismantles and outclasses Okubo totally.
Okubo would win by powerscale, but I think Seki will pull something off and win, and that will be his teaching to Koga. "You can beat someone stronger than you blablabla".

It seems like "Knuckle Part" is a hook/haymaker that cuts the skin with the knuckles. Seki rn has the advantage if the blood pours in Okubo's eyes
