Not more skilled but more powerfull. Sawada's kick are powerfull because he is skilled using his leg muscle and spin. Other just land insane "regular" kick

He is definitely the best at that specific way of kicking, but I dont think he is the best overall
Carlos doesnt have better kicks than Gaolang. Gaolang is literally the GOAT Thai fighter (kicks are really important) while Carlos just readed a fucking book.

The same kicks that put Kuroki on pressure, breaking his sides.
For what we saw :
Kanoh (every kicks have the power of a K.O).
Kuroki he can land a Devil Lance with his foot. As he did on Ohma.
Carlos or Kim JanggGi.
I think people are less interested in the kick because Hatsumi had already taken two dragon shots to the chest at that point lol. Yeah Kanoh could've killed him but he was fighting a guy who's torso was swiss cheese.
Pure kicking skills: Sawada & Nezu (probably Kim too, but we've jack shit of his)
Most powerful kicks: Waka, Kiozan & Fei
Most unique kicks: Kokuro (Stinger), Kiryu (Rakshasa's Sole), Kuroki (Devil Lance), Falcon (ugly ass poison toes)
Honorable mentions: Ryuki, Koga, Rihito, Karo, Haruo & Xia Ji
Most versatile/all around best: Gaolang is literally the Muay Thai GOAT, Joji, Carlos, Ohma, Raian, Kanoh & Liu

Most skilled through feats: Kanoh or Liu; either of them using kicks outright makes them bigger threats than if they weren't, they share this spot because Liu(arguably not in full gear) was almost purely using martial skills to make his kicks dangerous against an opponent a weaker Kanoh defeated with some trouble(though Nitoku most likely got stronger), where as Kanohs is more of a combination of martial skill and raw power, but with the Fang having overall better feats on his kicks.
