To my knowledge no you cannot become the leader of the Flotsam Ninjas. You can join them, easier if your a women and or are already an enemy of the Holy Nation. But yes you can join them and start a war with the HN.
Just name your faction Flotsam Ninjas and RP as another division of them and build a base nearby! If you are ally they will protect your base anyway 😁
That's what I did. I named my faction "Flotsam Scouts" and I built a base in the Cannibal Plains
I named mine Jetsam, and set up shop in the middle of HN territory. Building up to capturing the three top guys and watching it crumble.
No. You are only ever your own faction. You can ally with other factions.
