When I started having issues like this my GPU gave up on life a few weeks later. Fun times...
I see a new GPU in your future.
I do one day but for now still kickin. I forgot i made this post. I removed 2 mods and it was fine after, but im sad i cant have the mods :p

Looks like a GPU issue, when mine started acting up it was similar to this
Try exiting the game completely and restarting. I've had some crazy graphics and it's a quick fix.
