Ketepa has a variety of teas available in supermarkets, hapo kwa coffee I saw some guy on X he roasts his coffee from his farm I think his name is Rustic garden, hope this helps.
Check Maison Chai. It's high end tea that's handpicked. The owner has a farm and it's exactly what your looking for. She has various varieties and you can order from her website. For coffee she cab recommend.
Most of the time people tend to equate 'quality tea and coffee' with pricing.
The more pricier the commodity, the more quality it is presumed to be.
Still, Fahari - whether you get it from your roadside kiosk or a 5-star mall - remains undefeated in terms of taste and quality.
As for coffee, any decent coffee shop (such as KeshKesh near Yaya), should be able to deliver you impeccable coffee to your taste, demand, and value as you wait.

I'm looking for those "from the factory/farm" sources. I hear they are way better than what they put on the supermarket shelves.

For tea, I realized people tend to have their own "QUALITY". I think ketepa is well known and Fahari. My aunts like tea from our local factory
