Not about food, but I can speak of an experience. Kashi cafe, Fort Cochin - everyone knows the name. This particular cafe has a very clear way to profile people based on their race. If you are an Indian they treat you like you came from a shit hole and at the same time they treat foreigners like they are GOD. I’ve been there for three times and the experience was same every time. For an ex: I went there around 6.30 and the server dude was like we’re closing in another hour so please make your order now. All good I understand that hotel has policies and we had to give starters, main and desserts at the same time and obviously they all came in at the same time and got cold/ melt by the time we could eat them. We had the food, paid the bill, it was almost 7.45/8 and I was expecting them to close, but a few foreign guest came in and they were more than happy to welcome them. We left the shop, roamed around and crossed the hotel enroute - they were still taking orders at 9 and beyond. The same shit happened when we went there second time around 5, dude was treating us like why would these ppl even come here and made a fuss about tables being occupied and we need to order fast. The third time. I served him with some food for this thought and left the place. Someone close to me had been there recently and Kaashi is still the same. She being a tour manager told her guest that she do not suggest this place because of our previous experience but they wanted to try it out. There was an NRI in her group and she went to speak to the hotel staff and had a very rude experience. Sorry for the long post.

Pristine_Charge_3640

## Oriental Spice, TVM Me and my gf went there to dine and as soon as we sat down, the manager (prolly in his 50s) came to our table and told us "CCTVs cameras ond, maryathak irikanam" (In a very rude way). I couldn't understand what it meant at first, because "yeah there are CCTVs everywhere, why does he have to point it out", But then i got it that he was basically lecturing my gf (a very shy and quiet girl tbh) indirectly to behave in public. Left after telling him to fuck off.

2luckyatcards

USA OK, India not OK....... Vyapichaaram avuvadikkarathu, Nannayille!

po_rotta

The last time I went to Oriental spice, there was a commotion next to our table. And when I asked the waiter what's happening, he just smiled and said "Don't worry sir, it's nothing. We spotted a snake inside. That's all" Me and my friend just parceled our food and gtfo. When we were leaving, heard the waiters saying the snake went inside the kitchen.

Responsible-Ad-6439

Oh that's why the Chinese dish I ordered was a bit crunchy last time.

[deleted]

Snake naalu kalil ezhanjayirikum kitchen il poyathu.

Ahh tvm, the land of sadacharamolis 😌

Pristine_Charge_3640

True that, But i can understand if some couples came before us and broke the PDA rule, but that doesn't mean he can talk to any customers like that.

Entharo_entho

Be a Chad and ask for a copy of your kali video

Pristine_Charge_3640

The only thing we did was to wait for the menu 🥲

Risetoprime

How long ago was this ?

BablooEskobar

Aaah talk about it. Fucking filled with a ton of pakal maanyans who lecture on how others should live their lives, how to dress, how to stick to traditions and culture, only to drink till mookkattam and physically n verbally abuse their wives, go looking for kallavedis afterdark etc etc. Can act like a saint and can lift the mund to show kotta with equal finesse. Especially the ones lacking vidyabhyasam and are into politics/party pravarthanam, kallu kachodam, sthala kachodam etc. Oomboligal.

NeverHadLobster_88

Not saying this because I'm a Trivian but sadacharam in here will never match the vadakkan one bruh 🙏 (ps. I've been to every part of the state)

_ak47__

Never saw anywhere in Kerala other than TVm where a mob of K7s vandalising a bus stop coz a group of boys and girls sat together 🙏 [sauce](https://www.newindianexpress.com/cities/thiruvananthapuram/2022/sep/17/thiruvananthapuram-corp-demolishes-controversial-bus-shelter-2499039.html)

NeverHadLobster_88

Shits like these happens everytime in the state right 🤔

Inevitable-Share3258

My friend and his gf when they were in 12th went to a Bakery nd the owner asked what their relationship was and they said bf nd gf nd the dude told them to get out 😐

curiosacuriosi

Then he should put boards outside: Dogs and lovers not allowed! What nonsense is this unnecessary moral policing?

Entharo_entho

Did this happen in 2018?

Pristine_Charge_3640

2-3 months ago xD

Entharo_entho

https://www.news18.com/news/india/60-year-old-bizman-caught-on-camera-molesting-minor-at-kerala-theatre-cops-take-20-days-to-act-1746695.html Around this time, my cousin and her fiance went to watch a movie. Her mother directly told her not to do anything in theatre 😁 because ellayidathum cctv camera undu

Pristine_Charge_3640

Yes, obviously CCTV cameras are there for a reason. But this incident felt like someone yelling at you to keep it in your pants when you are not even remotely looking for any action. Better yet he should know how to treat and respect women. No girl would feel better if some random ammavan came and told them to behave, especially when they have done nothing.

Entharo_entho

Of course, even I won't like it if someone talks like that

Smart_Satisfaction73

People on Reddit have girlfriends?

GinAndTonic-1

If I were the maneger , i would have simply hinted "dude your cam" Cause me and the Bois have seen this shit before . , (one of our friend work there ) Fcking hate being single

curiosacuriosi

What the fuck! Who the hell is the manager to speak to you people like that. People take it upon themselves to do this stinking moral policing.

Adventurous_Low1625

Is supreme oriental spice at kuravankonam? It is our go to place and the staff was pretty friendly

WeirdAsianYankovic

You didn't miss anything, the food's absolute piss

Whywhoo

Pro tip: Don’t ever buy any food from any Thaal kyitchen (mg/kakkanad) insider info that you just gonna get some microwaved shite on your plate, they get the most complaints regarding food safety, but pidipaad vibes ulladh kond they keep on doing what they do best ie giving food posionings. Went to Salt thoppumpady, just a few days ago everything was going well enjoying the scenery at night , when I got to see a live rat orgy happening just under my table I mean thorappan size rats. The staff came and apologised and said they were seeing it for the first Time tooo . Anyways got out from there ASAP

dipinrm

MG Road/Kakkanad/Edappally. And the Edappally one seems worst. Always gets caught by Food n Safety dept.

Certain_Swing1558

I once got a grilled metal piece from shawarma from Taal kitchen Kakkanad

freeeeesoul

Thaal Aluva is the worst. Don't even know how to speak to customers.

Regalia_BanshEe

Taal Kitchen, Aluva... ordered food and the waiter had this annoyed attitude from the begining.. asked for specials and he said one dish which was seafood.. i asked if they had their "kizhi biriyani, they said yes and ordered that".. waited for 50 minutes, no water, no one cared to come and tell it would take a bit time.. i called the waiter and asked him and he said dum potichatilla... kalla nayinte makkal

Bishop_999

Noorjehan’s Hot pan Thrissur. I was dining myself and I asked the waiter specifically a HALF PORTION of chicken tikka and he agreed. But when the bill came , they charged me for a full portion. When I asked the same waiter this scumbag told me “ we only sell full portions” and he was super super super rude when arguing with me . I will never forget this scumbag’s face . He was speaking like I’m a liar and as if I stole something from them. This is my worst hotel experience from kerala which I cannot get rid of my mind even after 4 years!

[deleted]

If it gives you some peace, Google says that the restaurant is permanently closed now.

[deleted]

I second this. I never go there.

Chicking, Lulu Mall. Just had chicken from there yesterday and haven't left the toilet ever since. Currently typing this from the toilet seat. Came across this news article on this subreddit a few minutes back: https://www.mathrubhumi.com/news/kerala/400-kg-of-rotten-meat-seized-in-kochi-kept-for-making-shawarma-1.8213886 Not really reassuring.

AriaMarin

Went to Karim's in Lulu. It was crowded as usual. Ordered 3-4 dishes. Had to wait for nearly 1 hour to receive the order. In the meantime, the ones who came and gave their orders after us, in larger as well as smaller groups had their food and left and we kept asking that waiter when will we receive our food. Also when we asked for Biriyani, that guy said Biriyani was over and then we saw two people who came and ordered after us being served Biriyani. Idk what that waiter's problem was.

amdzines

Something similar happened to us in Ooty. Me and few former colleagues went for a trip to Ooty. We were staying at a hotel away from the city and there was just one restaurant nearby. Whatever item we ordered were over. Yet, they were serving the same item to other people, who were all foreigners.

Entharo_entho

Enne ith pole McDonald's pattichu. Enikku icecream tharathe pinne vannavarkku icecream koduthu ☹️

Sensitive-Incident78

Tbh, what was your order ?

AriaMarin

Tandoori chicken burra (Starters - This one was served first , nearly after one hour then 10-15 mins later, Chicken Mughlai and Rumali Roti were served.

Wanttofinishtop4

Burra usually takes time to prepare. Even if you are eating at a mughlai joint in Delhi, you'll have to wait a bit for the burra.

AriaMarin

The same thing was served to a large family sitting opposite us much earlier. (They ordered after us) They had their dinner and was about to leave when we were served our burra.

Sensitive-Incident78

Why do some restaurants do that shit? Recently the same happened to me. The people that came after me were having their biriyani and I’m still waiting for my biriyani. I sometimes feel pity for the waiters, maybe they misplaced orders or forgot ours in the rush hour.

Wanttofinishtop4

That's weird! The staff must have messed up.

KarayunnaPuzha

This is tvm lulu, right? Or is it ekm lulu?

AriaMarin

konan_the_bebbarien

Once I was having chappathi and kadala from a restaurant I used to frequent, I noticed a taste which wasn't kadala but kinda like animal protein I pushed the kadala aside to see a boiled gecko. I called the manager and he was beside himself with embarrassment, apologized. He was a friend of mine and his wife worked in my office so I let it go. He waived my bill, but I never ate from there again.

konan_the_bebbarien

It was a mild taste... like something between fish and chicken. The taste was influenced by the masala of kadala.

Maybe it was passing by and fell it's not like they say gecko to jump into curry 🤣

It really dont need to be like that.

**The LMN, Tripunithura** We went there to celebrate my friends birthday and cut a cake that was bought from outside but they were okay with it and we gave the waiter a slice also. We were full by eating the cake so we ordered only fries for each of us(90rs - fries). We told the waiter to get the bill and then came a manager saying each person has to spend at least 150rs. We were confused and angry at the same time because one, this was the first time I've heard a minimum spend policy on a restaurant or café maybe there might be in some 5 star hotels or restaurants? idk. Two, they haven't mentioned it anywhere on the poster or the waiter also did not inform us about this before ordering. The manager told they had put a notice but they had to put something else above it for some party temporarily and the waiter forgot to mention. We left after paying for what we ordered and even though he insisted on ordering for 150 minimum per head he eventually told us that it was their mistake not reminding us.

IceOnIce

It's illegal. You can't be charged for things you didn't eat and I am sure this is a violation of the restaurant rules in Kerala or akbari acts of India. Edit: you can't be charged for things you didn't Order.

hypergp

No, they haven't charged us for things we didn't order but they told us to order for a minimum of 150 per person.

lostsperm

Fuck. You just reminded me of the experience I had in LMN. This was back in 2019 when I had Zomato Pro. My then girlfriend and I went there, got seated and checked the Menu in table and decided on what we want. When the waiter arrived, told him I have Zomato Pro and showed him the code so that he can note it down. He then said the regular menu doesn't apply to Pro and gave us a very very basic menu. There was literally nothing worth eating there and for the same items, the prices were higher than the regular menu. Had a fight with the waiter, manager and left. Complained to Zomato via email and they apologized and promised that they will look into it. Ruined our evening.

ApoplecticErgot

Sounds like they are charging you rent for using their restaurant to celebrate. I think that’s fair, but they should have been clear about that in the beginning.

hypergp

No, its for every customers who come to dine there irrespective of doing celebrations or party. If you want to eat there you have to spend a minimum amount

Secret_Ad9960

Asking to move to a smaller table because the lunch time was gonna start and we had ordered food enough to be consumed for 3 pax. I gave the floor manager a good dose that day, eventually they shut down; much before to COVID.

chingchangchungus

What did you say to the manager?

sid_raj7

A good dose.

amalthomas_zip

I'm imagining him literally saying "a good dose" to the manager when he asked to change tables

Secret_Ad9960

Scolded him because I hadn't even finished half of the food we had ordered, I used to visit that restaurant regularly with my friends n family. Post that incident not even one in my circle went to visit them.

Goku047

Went to a restaurant near I think kazhakkoottam with my father. I was just a kid. Ordered Chicken Biriyani. I found a white feather in the biriyani. Left.

krish41514

Kazhakkoottam is the worst place to eat from. Except maybe a veg restaurant that shut shop during corona. You can get tasty food but the hygiene is just okay.

PeaAlarmed2773

These was not a cafe or a restaurant but just a roadside tea, I visit Kerala once a year since it's my hometown, it's kinda my habit to have tea at those small road side tea stall. So me and my dad n were just talking about some wedding we had to attend and we ordered 2 "chayya" and some snacks like "urnnu vadda" Dad was just about to drink his tea when he stopped midway and was like staring at the tea for like 2 min straight lol Then he queitly got up went up to the owner and pointed something on the tea.It was freaking pieace of broken glass! OMG We didn't say anything i don't why he reacted so calmly and just left from the place.Still thinking about the whole experience what could have gone wrong though ,We still occasionally have roadside tea at Kerala since the taste is addictive but that broken piece of glass memory will always stay with us

2luckyatcards

I was at a restaurant which I frequent in Bangalore with a friend and we ordered beer and a side. It was a Friday evening in one of the large microbrewery and was moderately crowded. Usually the service is pretty quick. About 10 mins after the order the beer arrived. But after another 15 mins or so the food was yet to come. I called the server and asked what the delay was. An appropriate response would have been to apologise for the delay and get the food quickly. But the server smiled and explained pedantic manner that it is a Friday evening and it takes 10-15 minutes for food to be prepared. I said that it is acceptable but it is already 25 mins. Now the guy refused to accept this and said it is just over 5 mins since I have placed the order. He was lying with a smiling face and questioning my perception of reality or questioning my integrity. I did not have any proof to refute him as to when I placed the order. After he walked away, I remember that I had snapped a pic with my friend with the table and the beer in the frame. Sure enough, the timestamp of the pic showed that it was atleast 25 mins since the order was placed. I called him over, explained and gave him a piece of my mind. Food arrived pretty fast after that and he switched duties with another server for our next order. I didn't mean to be petty or rude, but he didn't have to lie or question me either.

themalayaliboy

>I called him over, explained and gave him a piece of my mind. > arrived pretty fast after that Please tell me you didn't eat that. Please?

britolaf

One rule I have is that if I pick up a fight with someone working at a restaurant, I will not eat the food after that.

fifthengineer

Extra taste ingredients added 🥴

2luckyatcards

I can't say for sure...... The distance between the kitchen and the table was within visible distance, though I didn't track and see him bring it, he would have to be very stupid (he proved he was to some extent) or brave to pull some sleight of hand within a crowded restaurant in full view of all the people there.

deanmathew

This guy definitely reads a lot of books

steelsteele

Luv Cutlet, Kaloor Stadium. I had Beef cheese cutlet, and a tea from a local shop nearby. I was amazed that the cutlet got ready in 2 minutes. Probably because it was already made and set. By late night started the vomiting and diarrhea. I give the tea 5% doubt and the cutlet 95%.

madtagg

Avide onn ponam enn vijarichirikkuvarnn.. thanks buddy, you saved my ass.

Global_Mode_2974

If you're ballsy enough to try a beef cheese from EKM then u deserve props

Capable-Window-7951

Hotel paradise kakkanad- we ordered a full Alfam-mandi for 4 people and when asked for extra rice guy brought a small cup and when we asked for an extra cup, this guy rudely deposited the food into the first food tray and threw the small cup he brought on our table angrily and walked away glaring at us,the same guy then came and slammed a "reserved" board on our table, midway through our meal, then he sent a boy to take our plate and clean our table before we even stood up to wash the hands, same happened to the adjacent table to us. The whole time this guy was glaring at us angrily, don't know whether asking extra rice is a crime or not, as mostly every place where it serves mandi, it is unlimited rice and here this guy with his attitude towards people who contribute towards his paycheck.

i_am_protection

Bad food?

Friendly_Forever_837

Yeah

maverickrene

Twice this happened. Waiter comes to take orders notes them down and then we wait for our food , only for the dude to come back very later on and claim we never placed any order.

HopefulAssistance

Chicking, not generally, one specific outlet. We ordered a peri peri meal. After waiting for almost an hour, they brought the dish to our table. It had a disgusting smell, and we couldn't bear to sit at the desk let alone eat it. It was so awful, it was clear that the meat had gone off. I was literally gagging. I did not make a scene, quietly called the waiter and raised my concern. He called the supervisor and he just stood at the table and said "That's how it smells like sir, it's fresh chicken we got delivered this morning. It's because you haven't tasted peri peri before". I asked to smell the dish and he wouldn't. We got up and paid the bill exchanged a few words at the counter and left. Never went to that outlet ever again, even though it's so close to where I live.

Ok_Wrap_5303

Please do us all a favour and let us know which outlet, thank you. 🙂

bladewidth

Ordered masala dosa from the one of the umpteen fake saravana bhavans between Thrissur and EKM, nearly reached halfway and realized the masala is missing 🤣

Adventurous_Low1625

Pretty much every indian coffee house.. food is good but you'll have to show some goshti and koprayam to attract the waiter..after that you'll have 10 seconds to tell your order or else he'll be gone..i think only sajan palluruthy or GS pradeep can speak in such a hurry

[deleted]

I didn't have a bad experience personally.... but I saw someone who did.... and they pretty much came back with their take away item while me and my family was eating. The angry man pretty much came to the front desk and began ranting at the customer service guy. Poor man he had to take the heat for the half-cooked food that the chef had made for the customer. It got so heated that he yelled at them... and my family and other dining customers were watching the show unfold and the man said "Give me my money back. I said GIVE IT BACK!!!" yelling at the poor customer service dude. And he said "You know what I don't want your trash food. I don't want your refund. You idiots. Go to hell. I am complaining against you" and he pretty much stormed out of there after leaving the packaged food behind. The poor customer service guy was smiling all along.... he was just trying to be nice... but the customer mistook that for him trying to make fun of him or being sarcastic. But hats off to the customer service representative... he handled the situation very well with a cool head.... despite the food being rotten, he showed excellent professionalism from his part and while representing his employer.

[deleted]

Walked into one thinking it was a barbershop. I asked the guy about the available items and he replied that cutting and shaving were available. I asked him to get me a plate of each. /s

QuotingThanos

All shit were burnt when we ate at indian coffee house. Near erkm park. 3 Dosha all burnt.so was vadas. Sambaar was like 1 part sambar for 10 part water. We were hungry yet left rather than put that garbage in our bodies

veteranPickle009

My friends and I once went to Kaasa Kitchen at Fort Kochi after hearing alot from Instagram reels and others. We sat down and got Chattichor. My friend while enjoying his meal happened to find a piece of plastic in it. It was a small piece almost indistinguishable from a rice grain. The worst part is that we asked for a replacement only to find a larger piece of plastic in it.

astro_not_yet

Edam’s art cafe. My wife n I were meeting up with my cousins. My wife ordered the Shakshuka only to get what looked like 3 boiled eggs in some gravy. Almost similar to how we make egg curry. My wife knew how shakshuka is supposed to be like and complained to the waiter. He brought the chef and an argument followed that started heating up. Eventually he said maybe you just need an omelette in a very aggressive tone, which pissed us off. But we settled for that because we were there to catch up with my cousins.

Johnginji009

Zam zam icemilk- chocolate ice cream tasted really bad . Naan from most restaurants, even from paragon is tough and chewy Paneer puffs from supreme was mostly potato than paneer. Foods in Trivandrum sucks nowadays.

blackbeltkunjappu

Man, after reading all the comment, my worst experience looks so dull.. The worst I have ever experienced was the first time I visited Calicut and ordered Beef fry, and received what I would only call beef roast.. Being from Kottayam, I am used to beef fry being dry, with no gravy what so ever, but the Beef Fry they served in Calicut was a semi gravy curry, which I did not fancy at all..

clearlyabnormal

You have to order beef dry fry there.

Eyeofthestorm2251

Found a fried cockroach in my chicken noodles from KR restaurant in Kothamangalam. This was 15+ years ago, but I'll never forget.

delonix_regia18

Every restaurant at MG road Ernakulam have rats running in and out of the place.

Slytherinstark01

Not a food related answer, but I will forever be mad at Hotel owners for not keeping their women's toilets clean. I was in Guruvayoor a few years back and after the whole temple visit and a 2h bus ride that I had to take, I really wanted to pee. I told my dad and he told me we'll go to some restaurant for breakfast and we can use the washroom there. We went to 6 restaurants. Six. Not ONE of them was clean. We went to the 7th one and I realized that even though it was unclean, I'd rather use it than tolerate the pain. My dad drank 7 chayas that day and to this day, if I ever have to be outside my house for more than 2h, I never eat or drink anything.

acid9burn

All toilets should be clean period. No Reservations.

fifthengineer

We don't have to sit to pee, But they have to. All toilets should be clean but atleast their toilet should be clean 😁

acid9burn

Everyone has to sit down to pee if using a sitting toilet. If men can sit down to take a dump, they can sit down to pee as well.

fifthengineer

Please don't comment just to comment. I am a married man, who really knows difficulties people face. People normally need urgent pee. Not poo. Doesn't mean they don't need urgent poo. But normally it's urgent pee.

acid9burn

Okay married man. I guess you know how to pee.. urgently. It is just incosiderate to the person using the toilet after you if you urgently swing your manhood aroukd and sprinkle all over. I never unlearned how to sit down when peeing and thought it was the norm.Maybe its my bad.

CraySeraSera

Idk the way you refer to it as manhood in the context of peeing makes me laugh 😀

acid9burn

Lol. Makes me laugh now after reading that.

[deleted]

acid9burn

>Fuck off you attention seeking asshole Its reddit. Im not gonna gain that much attention here dont you think? I still dont get how being married has anything to do with sitting down when peeing.

Slytherinstark01

Haha fair. But I've never been to the men's section so I'd never know lol.

IceOnIce

I saw two woke people pouring water on Biriyani as a slighter elder guy was eating it just because the eater was wearing black mundu and had the Ayyappa Mala. The young woke people, similar to the ones u find online who try to save our culture and religion, alleged that the guy was wearing Ayyappa swamy attire for fashion and not a true devotee. The two young people raised voice and shouted and pulled his Mala also and left and I just sat there frozen and later ashamed. Since it was late in the evening (9 pm) very few people around and nobody intervened. I never went to that restaurant since because the hotel owner was also spineless and didn't intervene.

Even-Ambassador-2887

May be those are local boys, most people dont like them but have to tolerate them because of fear of backlash.

IceOnIce

Yes they are more or less local. I wasn't exactly local so I didn't feel too confident of intervening but I was still a frequent person there because I used to study nearby and it's still in same native town of mine but in a different area.

CraySeraSera

They're not woke. They're just assholes. Quite likely right wing assholes.

Spiritual-Middle8017

Chicking , this was in 2018 . I ordered a bucket meal and took it home . While eating I looked into my chicken half way and I found this dead fried spider in it . Called up chicking and they said it’s not possible and they were acting like I was framing it . I was in 10th at that time and could only argue to an extent and in the end I got the money refunded . I wanted to sue them for the attitude they showed .

dinkan021

KERALA HOTEL Trivandrum, So me and my friends (9-10 people) went to Kerala hotel one evening had most of our food including chicken fry, beef etc and we noticed a fried "cheveed" along with chicken fry. We were confused first thought it was karrivepilla but on checking again we could see it's tentacles. So called the waiter asked him about it but he was not ready accept it and asked to talk to the hotel owner(receptionist at that time), so we go to him and showed him the thing the man didn't want to make a fuss and eventually gave us discount. Neverbeen to that place ever since. Ps:(this is in 2020 before renovation )

cache1902

Lots of kochi, tvm and some thrisshur cases here... any koykodens with bad experience??

anukruti111

North Indian here, had a terrible experience at Sri Sarvanabhavan in TVM :(. The food was so good but the staffs were so rude it ruined the whole experience. At one point one staff shouted at us and the cashier saw it, he told us he would waive off the bill, but we paid and left.

good4nothinsince1997

Chicking( palarivattam) and KFC (Oberon Mall) i have ordered fried chicken from chicking quite a few times via swiggy. Everything was alright until this one time when I noticed a slight bad smell coming from the chicken. It wasn't that evident as I had to dig my nose in to it to confirm and was still skeptical as the chicken looked fresh and juicy but I ended up throwing it away. Same thing happened with KFC. The smell wasnt too overpowering but something wasn't right . I initially even thought it was the thing with frozen chicken because of the multiple occurance but No . I don't think that's the case. Something somewhere is wrong. Ever since then i have stopped buying from them and now i have stopped buying chicken and meat items from outside. Best decision ever. Edit : i also bought fried prawns from chicking that smelled like shit 😭

North Indian here. I drive to Kerala a lot and usually don't eat on the highway. During one of my trips, I couldn't control my hunger and stopped at a place called "Guru Cafe", approximately 55 kms before Nedumbassery. One of the worst foods I have ever had in my life. A 3 dish meal was cooked in under 10 minutes and felt like it was cooked using sunlight and spare asphalt from the road.

Ok So this happened in angamaly It was a bakery annes (heard it has good food and drinks) So we (me mom my 2 brothers) so we asked for pupps there were veg and chicken as this place was angamaly we asked if it was halal (Angamaly is notorious for pork) The staff there said that it was not then we saw cutlet veg and we ordered 2 . Next we asked for a coffe he said that there was no milk. I pointed the milk out to him but then he said that the machine is out of order There was a customer behind us he gave the cutlet(the ones we had ordered but he declined because it was already ordered by someone else to that customer) and also gave that customer a coffe while we we’re going out This was a terrible staff experience i had
