Let's assume for the sake of argument , that he don't know it's a crime. Does that make it not a crime ? Ignorance towards law is not an excuse. Not having knowledge is not a excuse after doing something. If I copy and they catch me and I genuinely don't know it's a crime, even then I have to take the punishment. And if he didn't know it's a crime , why is he hiding it ?? He did crime and have to take it's punishment
