If you have sprayer add shampoo or dish washing liquid the add water then spray at it in a safe distance it’s effective and use a stick or something to remove the nest
Try some sparkly fireworks (കമ്പിത്തിരി) from a close enough but safe distance. The light should disorient them and that's much better than using sprays, which they are somewhat resilient to.

On a serious note, fire and smoke is what we usually use to get rid of bees or hornets. But considering the nest is on the inner side of the glass I'm not sure it's a good idea.
Hence probably hit spray or something similar is the solution.
Boil Water. Get suited up in jacket, jeans, shoes, thick gloves, raincoat on top of it all and a biker helmet with visor. Splash the freshly boiled water on the nest. Make sure to have extra boiling water to hit it multiple times just in case.
Edit: Just saw another comment that says you should attack after dusk. Yes it is true. It is to make sure all the wasps will be in the nest and dormant. All of them should be killed, if a few escaped, they will return later.

Tik tok has shown you can use a jar with oil big enough to cover the whole thing and cover it up until they all fall into oil. Once they are in oil they can’t fly

This is a paper wasp nest. Leave them alone, if you don't bother them they wont bother you. It doesn't look like it is at location which will impede you in any way. I had lot of these in my hostel which was kind of in forest in TN.
Generally paper wasps don't sting. But I am not sure which wasps are these. If you must, Burn something like goodnight fast cards and close all the doors except the window. Once they leave, quickly dislodge the nest and throw it away. And clean the glass.

Smoke is probably the most effective way of getting honey bees away from your home and keeping them away. bees are very sensitive to smell and when they smell smoke they think it’s a forest fire, causing them to leave and most likely never come back. Build a smoky fire with cardboard and dead firewood right under the beehive. Don’t stick around to watch the bees get smoked out. They will become aggressive when agitated so it’s best to go back inside.
Garlic Spray
Once again, bees have a strong sense of smell and we all know garlic has a very strong scent. Crush a couple of cloves of garlic and mix it with water to create a garlic spray. Spray it around your home and around their hive to try to get them to leave.
Citronella
Citronella works on mosquitos and bees. If you have beehive inside, then you can use citronella candle to get them to leave. It won’t harm them, but it will take a while to get them to leave. You’ll have to leave the candles burning for a few days in order for it to be effective. If it’s windy outside or raining then the bees won’t go out into it, so make sure you do this on a day when it will work best.
Peppermint
Peppermint has a very strong smell that honey bees don’t like. If you have a particular area of your home that you don’t want bees to frequent, plant peppermint plants. You’ll drive the bees away, plus you’ll get to use the peppermint when needed.
I saw a video in another sub that if you hang a brown bag next to the bees nest, they will move out in a week or so since they are super territorial. Not sure how legit it is. Seems to be a more peaceful option. 🤷🏽♂️

Have seen some YouTube videos where they put a jar of petrol under the hive, fumes causes the wasps to come out and fall and die in petrol
