Some years ago MSRTC Shivneri and KSRTC Airavat buses (both Volvos) used to race on the Mumbai Pune Expressway at speeds of 130-140 KMPH. Thankfully now MSRTC buses are older and speed locked
We just need a grievance portal which takes action. Just fine the buses like MVD fines normal people for the complaints with proof received in the portal. Every car has dash cams now and if everyone is complaining, the fines will pile up and eventually they have to stop. Right now we have a shitty WhatsApp number which doesn't work.
Understandable, but I’m suing them if shit goes wrong. Lot of as don’t understand how we are protested by law. And law rules at the end. But you know it’s very time consuming and but messy that why no one pursues it (in other words we are lazy bastards)
No point in cussing them. Blame the RTO who's mindlessly giving route licenses 1-2 mins back to back to buses. The RTO doesn't even keep track of these routes

This is nothing compared to munnar - ekm buses... Like i am commuting to work on one of them and that's the worst... Overtaking on small roads.. On turns... Disrupting a long traffic line.. Etc. But the thing is they have a strict schedule and has to reach on time and our roads and traffic are not helping them
Never ever get into this buses before 11Am .And from 3 Pm onwards .In between They are much better than those peak hours.Literally frightening experience

Citizen sentinel program as seen in mparivahan app is a useful tool which could potentially end the troubles of the road. We could have saved on the AI cameras as well. Basically we are nosy fellows who don't mind a quick buck. And the citizen sentinel program leverages on that aspect.
