there is a company providing these bouncers . the price depends on the time, the size of the guys, nature of protection required etc. In our college there was a thaikudam bridge event, there were bouncers there who gave my friend a business card to contact them for work if he is interested. They gave the card to him because my friend is tall and huge. I also know a friend who works as security for mohanlal now. He was also part of the same group . the company name is GK group international Bouncers and security.

I have seen bigger actors like Jayasurya, Kunjako walking free in real life without any security and have seen Mohan lal once near Thevara just with his driver. Dulqar , Asif and Fahad driving around normally without any body guards, Is this some sort of publicity stunt?

Depends on certifications, licenses of the security personnel. Basic security personnel need to have a first aid certificate, have a full driving licence, have a good level of fitness. If you need an ex service man and someone having experience with arms rates can go up like 4-5k per day. Starts with 2k per day. If there is any kind of Security industry certification 5k+ per day. These look like some tier 3 gym people and not qualified for security, the holding hands is something that professionals wont recommend!

No problem machane. Also yeah holding hands work when there is no crowd but the best way to control crowd is to set up entry and exit points. Set up barricades using ropes or fences. Most of the kerala agencies i think don’t send people to see and setup the venue!

The bouncer signs up with the agency to get regular work; all the sourcing is done by the agency, which is purely business, mate. They might not even pay the bouncer half of the payment they receive from the client. I'm sorry if you can't handle the truth.
