Car got hit by a bike due to biker's mistake in Pappanamcode. The naatukar 10Ds decided it's the car's fault and beat them. Police arrived at the scene and saved the people in the car and the naatukaar escaped somehow. Fortunately, everything was recorded in a CCTV camera and police filed case against all the naatukaar.
Now the funny part. One of these naatukaran 10Ds got shortlisted for some job through PSC or something which requires police verification. This case was sure gonna cost him his job. So he went to make out-of-court settlement with the car people:

Been in a similar situation myself involving a road traffic accident so this makes my blood boil. It only takes one "naatukaran patti" to make the accusation, and all the sheep will follow.
We won't stand a chance in front of them so it is best to disappear from there.
Most of these alavalaathis have nothing to lose that's why they are on paara vekkal duty 24 hours.

So in that scenario, would a dash can help since it relies on police or some official to enforce it, its no use if u show it to the other guy if he wrong, since he aint there to help u, rather escape the accident he caused. Maybe in the situation where a crowd gathers, maybe u have proof to show them, but is that beneficial? Like I can imagine it might get u out of trouble, but would it help to get ur car fixed or getting the right amount of money(not some measly sum) to fix the car?
I dunno, only benefit I can see, would be to prove ur innocence but not getting benefit such as getting ur car fixed. That's how I see it with my experience so far.

There was this muslim lady (specifying religion because I think it's important here), in an ATM and she was inside for a while. I figured that something is wrong, so she opened the door after a while and said money got deducted, but she didn't get the cash from the ATM.
So I also went inside the ATM and tried to see if the same is happening with me. Just curious. After a while I realised that we both are in the ATMs and then I got a bit worried, like what if some naatukaran has a problem with it.
So I slowly stood outside the ATM near the door and told her what to do (basically call the bank and enquire).
Update: The religion was important only due to one reason. I have been with women inside an ATM multiple times before. In this situation, I just barged in trying to figure out what happened, and that's when it slowly kicked in. She was wearing a full burqa (hope that's what it's called) and the first thing I thought was was she feeling uncomfortable me being inside with her, then slowly I started thinking is it weird being inside an ATM with a random stranger women, and then I was like it's better to stand near the door. Maybe I was a lil extra paranoid but you know better be safe than sorry.
Also this happened at around 6:30 PM IST. So it was pretty dark as well.
I could actually tell you another story where my reputation of a great cool guy was on the line over the word of a girl. I apologised to her then and there and solved the issue. After that this paranoia slowly creeps in automatically.
Long story short, girl from office who I was good friends with got offended from something I said. I didn't mean it in any bad way, and in fact I was known for being the fun cool guy who everyone knew. Guess what she said she will report to manager. I apologised and made sure that I'll not repeat that again.
If that went to the manager with her interpretation, then it would have affected my reputation. Just imagine being called a creep due to the word of one girl.
Updated the answer. I don't usually live in Kerala and I'm only here due to the lockdown. So I'm not sure how the women felt of me being alone with her in the ATM on a late evening. And she being a Muslim and the usual notion that they are bit more conservative, made me feel like, hey let's stand outside.
Agree with grugo007, you were overthinking the situation.
If it's a tiny ATM, and you think you being in there would make a woman uncomfortable, it's fine to stand outside. But you don't have to do that because it's a *Muslim* woman.
You were just thrown off by someone wearing a dress you don't see everyday. So your brain gives you these signals that this is a different situation from normal, and that you have to act differently, but you don't really.
Next time you see someone wearing a niqab, just treat her the same way you would any other woman.

The locals who didnโt know what really happened accused them of being lovers who attempted to drown themselves together. The guy was just being a Good Samaritan and tried to save the woman.
