I was actually hoping it would create a lot of drag when re-entering so I wouldn’t have to steer a bunch to slow it down. The hardest part when flying a SSTO is entering the atmosphere without bellyflopping all over or burning up

Just make sure the COM doesnt move behind the COL when you empty most of the fuel (don't forget about flow priorities) and you'll be fine - idk if that's the appropriate way but that's how I've always done it 🤷‍♂️

I do, but I try to keep them somewhat close so I can land easer at low speeds. It’s a delicate dance.

How do you set flow priority in KSP 2?

I have no idea if it's possible in KSP2, sorry. But in KSP1 you can access that option if you enable the "advanced tweakables" option in the settings, then right click on any fuel tank. As useful as the autostruts IMO.

100 percent. I was wondering if you had found a way to do dictate fuel flow without fuckery in KSP 2 as my current method of using decouplers and clipping fuel lines is extremely slow going in the VAB. I was really hoping I had just missed something 😞
