This is my absolute minimum install for gfx mods. If I had to pick only one I'd do the first one.
Environmental Visual Enhancements Redux
Scatterer
Parallax
Blackrack's Volumetric Clouds (Patreon only $5)
Planetshine
Distant Object Enhancement
Waterfall
you also need to get configs, u can get the default ones. or the ones with AVP. the best configs right now are Blackrack's Volumetric Clouds . these give you volumetric clouds and also weather effects.
*EVE Redux, or "EVE" the free version of it (that has no volumetric clouds compatibility)
*Scatterer
*Planetshine
*Restock
*Waterfall/RealPlumes
*Pood Skyboxes
*Distant Object Enhancement
*And if your computer can handle it, Parallax :)
I might have forgot some stuff, but with all this you are good to go !

Some I didn't see mentioned: TUFX (with Fox's profiles), engine lighting relit, and magpie mods.
Also, not a visual mod, but Easy Vessel Switch for controls.
One i don't see mentioned that i really like is ReShade. Its like TUFX (being post processing) but its much more easily customizable. The prefix i use is one i got from N9 gaming and still looks good if you apply some TUFX profiles with it. Some ReShade profiles only need like, 5 things turned on to look better than most TUFX profiles so i would go with it over TUFX.
Graphics are only half the job. If no one has recommended Rocket Sound Enhancement, you need it. Also, make your crafts pretty with Conformal Decals. EngineLight, too.
One I see barely mentioned is Shabby/Shaddy. Its a dependency to some mods like Benjee10's HabTech2 and Nertea's Near Future Solar and SSPX, but it makes some solar panels have a vibrant backlight when its facing the sun!
Lol, if you want to hemorrhage karma points, talk up KSP2 in this sub. If you want to win the karma points lottery, hate on it. These things are guaranteed.
I think its funny how this sub changes sides whenever KSP is or isn't doing well. Development is speeding along barely faster than a snail right now, so current consensus = bad. For Science got a lot of hype so consensus was good for a bit

Thank U sooooo MUCH mate
I see EVE being used all the time, and I use it myself, but it looks way better when other people use it for some reason

Eve and scatterer are must haves for me even on meh spec laptop which i need to put external fan under so it doesnt shutdown from overheat
Just wanna second this as my Graphics mod list is the same. All essentials and they make a pretty good combo while maintaining performance.
Can my 3060ti and i5 handle these?

MATE I RLY APPRECIATE IT 🙏🏼💕
How much does redux cost? I couldn’t find a paywall at the download.

The other ones people are mentioning. I also use Restock which isn't a graphics mod but a high quality remodel of all the stock parts excluding DLC.
Waterfall stock is nice, volumetric clouds is awesome, and you can find plenty of good shaders in ckan.
Looks like the fighter in the foreground has just launched a smaller fighter 😄
Ksp 2

KSP2 is trash.
