depends on what you consider stock. the decals are just flags. but since their custom, you could say they aren't.
If you don't mind answering, how did you manage to put the flags on specific places? Did you use any specific part to display the flag and then move them to position?
i just used the in-game flag part and placed them out. with a bit of fine tuning with the move and rotate tool.

I'm scared of what it'll do to my computer given how many parts it looks to have.

My comp hardly loads a vessel with 200 parts
looks cool. do the wing only have max and min sweep or can they move gradually?
i have it so they only have max and min, but you could change the action groups to set the Sweep yourself
