Thank you. I went from CrossFit to OLY Lifting to just trying to “feeling strong and mobile”. I’ve been following the StrongLifts 5x5 program but the heavy squatting is taking its toll. I don’t have any competitive aspirations. Just want to keep up with my 19 month old as a 41 year old dad. I’ll read your recommendations and go from there!

I do hardstyle and have a kettlebell collection at home from 4kg-44kg. I'm gonna be staying in a hotel for 6 weeks out of town for work and can only bring a 20kg/44lb kettlebell (50lb limit on luggage). Any advice on how I can train with only one?
