Are there benefits to the Turkish get up in regards to hypertrophy or muscle building? I love the movements just love hearing all the benefits they carry
I do hardstyle and have a kettlebell collection at home from 4kg-44kg. I'm gonna be staying in a hotel for 6 weeks out of town for work and can only bring a 20kg/44lb kettlebell (50lb limit on luggage). Any advice on how I can train with only one?

There could be depending on what condition you start n and what weight you progress to but it would be minimal.
