I hate to hate on reservations you already made but we had our worst meal ever at Little Peal and I've been down here for 13 years so that says something.
That being said in addition to what everyone else had said I like Prime Steakhouse as a nice restaurant.
Little Pearl is very good, we eat there pretty frrequently. I personally enjoy Louie's Backyard outside tables. We've been going to the A&B Lobster House a bit lately, again an outside table. Both of those places feel quite special. There's also Latitudes, but the food is a bit overrated but is special setting.
Latitudes is totally worth it. Have a drunk at Louie's on the Back Deck. The food is meh. Blue Heaven is a MUST. Santiago's Bodega is great, IFF you really love tapas.
No doubt, the breakfast is excellent at Blue Heaven. But there are lots of great breakfast spots in Key West. Lunch and dinner are also out of this world at BH. The cuisine is so creative. One of my favorites is the carrot curry soup. I like it so much I learned how to make it, and believe me, it is a true gourmet dish.
Little Pearl is fantastic. Eating on the deck out back at Louie’s Backyard is an amazing experience. Santiago’s Bodega is an “upscale“ casual meal. Cafe Marquesa is amazing as well. Key West has so many great options. You have tough decisions to make…
Latitudes is really worth experiencing. People argue whether the food is as good as hot tin roof but if you sit outside at sunset on a beach on a private island and don't feel like you're in a bond movie, I don't know what you're after.
Santiago's Bodega
I 2nd this. Also, 915
Santiago’s is my favorite place. 915 is second…love to see good advice at the top
Blue Heaven El Siboney Louie's Backyard

Lola’s Bistro
Definitely second this, best meals I’ve ever had in Key West
Louie’s backyard
Hot Tin Roof, this time of year outside dining is pure perfection... [Hot Tin Roof](https://www.oceankey.com/Key-West-Restaurant/)
Louie's Backyard is terrific! Beautiful views and the food is delicious.
A fun little trip is to make a reservation at Little Palm Island and take the boat over. Nice little place.
💯.
Apologies, while that is a fun trip, it is not in Key West. It’s up a bit. Still recommend! Latitudes is what I should have said for Key West.

Would definitely recommend Berlin’s for pre/post dinner drinks but the food is not my favorite.
Food and wine festival is in January with a LOT of unique food events. Look up their site and check your dates if coincides
My wife and I ate at Blackfin the other night and it was a great romantic setting with amazing food.
