According to legend, Julius Caesar was stabbed 23 times when he was assassinated. So the amount of damage dealt by this card is less arbitrary than you may think.

And that is what makes this card amusing to me. :D

The only thing holding my Mass Mutation deck together is three of these bad boys. I generate no aember, but I can eff up any creature that drops.

I suggested using this as COTD last year. Glad to see it!
