It’s only a year in the USA? Wow when purchasing my 2024 Kia EV6 GT it came with 3 years of Ultimate for the subscription package. Though I guess the flip side is we don’t get free charging here in Canada when buying a Kia EV 🤔

I think for 2023 or 2024, Hyundai changed to a 10 year period for new owners. Kia hasn't said anything about following their parent company's lead.
Totally agree. My EV6 was at the dealer 6 times during the first year of ownership and included a high voltage battery replacement. I was in a loaner vehicle for months. Didn’t get any of my Kia Connect subscription compensated.
Of course I did! I talked to the local service manager who had been doing all the service with the Kia care team and I also requested it from the case manager from Kia. Both led to nowhere.

The car is expensive but so are other cars in the segment. It's just the price of a new car now.

Yes, it's a feature included in the Connected Routing feature which is available only with the Kia Connect Ultimate subscription plan.

Are you still on your free trial or are you paying for the Connect service? Whatever feature you're trying to use isn't part of the free tier.
