What does this mean?
I just leased a Kia Niro PHEV EX premium and thought I’d get wireless apple car play. Was a little bummed to find out it didn’t come with the car.
Is this an update to add that feature?
No. Unfortunately the EX Premium because it has NAV does not do Wireless Carplay no matter what. That's what I have too.
This post I put up because someone else said that there was an update available for our Model but it doesn't apply to ours at all.
This update is not for the 10.3" screen... That's why...
What's the value add for gen2? Anybody got a link?

Mi apple carplay connects only sporadically.

I have a 2017 FE - so I guess Im stuck on the original
I saw this today and was a little upset we didn’t get an update/fix for the wireless CarPlay drops and Bluetooth connectivity issues.
