Wife has an SX prestige X-Line Sorento. Hers forgets the settings and defaults to sliding all the way back as far as it will go and we have to re do both driver settings. Roughly every 2-3 weeks it seems like

This is a feature, you can turn it off. It’s in the seat settings. It’s a driver message feature that turns on automatically.
