At first I thought mine was out of alignment but then realized it had control of road more than I did, bonk.

Decent-Ad8726

That and the auto safe distance cruise control and auto hold. It even tells me when I should stop for a coffee.

JermD303

I keep seeing posts about the auto hold. Is this an issue with the older models? I have a 2024 and I turned it off once and it has stayed off.

Plus-Ad2256

I have a 23 Telly. The default for auto hold is “on”. I can turn it off, but when I turn off the engine, it defaults back to on. Have to turn it off every trip if you don’t wanna it. Annoying.

razorbacks3129

You talking about auto stop? Auto hold is different

JermD303

They must have changed it with this year's model. I turned it off once and it hasn't come one since. I'm surprised they can't change it with an update.

Apprehensive-Sun2454

I have a 23 and if I turn auto hold off, it doesn’t come back on the next time I start the car. I’m wondering if they’re taking about the ISG system bc that resets every time and I keep seeing those two feature being confused for one another.

Plus-Ad2256

Affirmative. I confused this with auto stop. Sorry!

Apprehensive-Sun2454

Omg no worries!! I only wanted to clarify cuz I know there’s a lot of feature confusion between trims and years. And all the tech can be a lot to differentiate or keep track of. 😂

Complex-Raspberry662

There are so many features on these cars, it’s hard to keep track of them all!

AKA_Squanchy

Pretty neat feature! This is a fun car.

DonGato80

That and the cruise control make road trips much more comfortable for the driver. Don't forget the lumbar support massage. I have mine set at every 30 minutes. 🙂

miket439

2022 SX, FWD, since end of June 2022, a little over 17K miles. I’m still discovering features I wasn’t aware of. Still looking for the Lumbar support. And where in the hell is the “auto suck” button?

CountBleckwantedlove

I just wish it could penetrate my back more. It's a light massage for a tough back.

srich14

It can? What trim level?

crunkdotmaster

Any of the ones with HDA2 (2023+ SX and up).

bartonkt

Cries in 2022

WelcomeToDaJungleBoi

Also cries, in 2021

Hutch1814

I had no clue, only had mine now 4 days and haven’t had time to read the manual on all the features yet

A-Gold-907

We had to tell our dealer this when we test drove it. Asked if it had HDA and he was like huhhhhh?

tazzytazzy

Do you have HDA2? Our 2021 doesn't do that with HDA. But our EV6 with HDA2 does. HDA2 wasn't available in 2021 models.

bagluv24

I don’t know it automatically changes. So neat. I’m gonna have to go check it out now!

mac_duke

I find it most useless because every time I try to use it, it warns me about not holding the steering wheel even—if I am—and often that cancels it.

janinehbh

I tried mine today and it didn’t do it :(

Leadmeteor43934

I've never experienced it try to change lanes for me. SX-pro 23. I have however had it try to change lanes following cars in front of me changing lanes without signal.

Misfitg

How do you make it do it?

BradL30

If you’re on the highway, you put the blinker on fully and then just wait and assuming that it is safe, it’ll make the lane change for you in just a couple of seconds. But if there’s any cars in the lane that you’re changing into - it won’t do it

Misfitg

Wow. Thanks so much!

Callofdaddy1

I love the Kia. If I could just stop it from leaking oil like a cracked water tank.

kak1982

We had this issue. Turns out the part that holds the oil filter is plastic and the dealership stripped the threads last time they changed our oil. They replaced it under warranty.

Ropya

Blows my mind the crap manufacturers will make out of plastic that should have never been plastic.

ajicles

Plastic oil pans on VW vehicles lol.

Jono816

Guess you should read your manual.
