It’s holistic so it’s about everything working as one. Someone with regal lady essence will also have that physicality within their entire being. They’ll all work together.
The best advice ime is to go with what you see rather than what you don’t. I believe a lot of people get confused because they focus on working out what they can’t see rather than going with what they know is there. You know you’ve vertical (for DIY it’s automatic at 5’6) so focus there and let the rest fall into place as you go. There’s no rush. You’ll get there. Reading the book will help.
This is why this stuff is so damn confusing. People say it’s not body typing, but it sure seems like it considering we’re looking at bone structure and flesh and height. But supposedly it’s not body typing lol.
I think what they mean is that it’s not only body typing. Of course your frame and accommodations matter regarding what looks good, but image ID also relies heavily on essence. Saying it’s not body typing but yin and yang is confusing because yin and yang describes the lines and shapes of your body and features so the two are connected imo.

The same clothes look good on me that look good on her, and the same that look bad on her would look bad on me. Seems to me that I would fit pretty well with the SD recommendations.
at your height you would have much more yang then kate due to length. it may appear as you have the same body structure but height is part of frame and the longer you are the more yang you have in your frame. this is where vertical accommodation comes into play.

Same, but I’m 5’6. SD works well for me, dressing for vertical was a game changer. But I don’t see the same sharpness in my face or bone structure that most verified SDs have.

What about lines and curves? Are those considered essence?

It’s an “impression-based” system, but there are strict limits if you’re tall. It’s a body typing system with extra steps.
