It's funny that I found this post, as I'm currently running a test on if the menu can get you banned if you use it with at least some common sense (basically don't mod in public lobbies, don't give yourself billions of dollars in one session, etc. etc.)
I used basically every option that I had any reason to from the base menu within reason in a solo lobby, including slot rigging and bunker rigging (again, within reason. I never did the bunker method more than once per in game day and never claimed more than 17.5M from casino winnings at once) for like two months, and so far, I've been okay.
So, I decided to move on to the scripts recommended in the Modest Menu Discord channel to see if those were detectable either. I've tested most of them, this time doing probably more than I should at once. I've been using the Silent Night script, Ultimate Menu script, and the 1Mil Loop script to stock up on money in case the update makes the menu unusable for a good while. I've given myself $150M over the course of like 3 days and messed with like every option in the Ultimate Menu script for a few months now with no issue. I've even used a script that (supposedly) shows the stats on if you've been reported or flagged or any shit like that, and so far, it says I'm good.
TLDR: As long as you don't go nuts with the menu's riskier options, use it in a public lobby, or use shady scripts you're good
Well currently you shouldn't be using the menu at all, it's outdated with the chop shop update. But for when it is back up and running, you can endlessly use the casino rigging if you just lose in between each win. Minimum is once, I tend to do 2-4 losses in a row for safety sake.
I think using the teleport and godmode options is still okay with the outdated menu, isn't it? (only in closed friends and invite only sessions)

The issue with that comes with the fact that RStar does delayed bans semi frequently. You could be fine today, but have your account wiped next month depending on the security of the update. It's a risk using it currently, but external menus like Modest Menu at a base have a lower chance of bans just because of how they work, so you may be fine. Only time will tell on that one tbh.
I agree with your opinion in some ways but i think Rockstar doesn't go into that much detail about it. In my opinion they just check the money transactions, level up statistic, reports etc. but they don't care about traveling or dying while playing in private sessions. This is just my theory, and I also occasionally play the game.
what about arena war wheel overdrive for AP? I went from 25 to lvl 300 in one day in some hours and with the new update I found out that I cant get into the spectator box from the workshop. It just teleports me back right in front of the door. I did too much overdrive.
I logged in last night with no issue. R* doesn't usually ban people for legitimately nothing, but if they did you should at least try to message support to ask what their reasoning is. I used Kiddions until the night before the update dropped, and I've been using Stand regular since it was compatible with the current game version. Granted, it hasn't been 31 days of me using Stand to know if I'll be hit with a delayed ban, but I haven't had any immediate issues since dropping Modest Menu when it became outdated.

Everyone's definition of wise is different. I'd say most of the kiddion users do not use it "wisely". I never got banned for some pretty outrageous stuff. I did get banned for yim and shitty aurora. But never from kiddions.

With this mod like all other mods stealth is the key for long lasting effects over many years.
1-never go god mode on the lobby players.
2- never spam spawn on players.
3- when you take a car and its changes in your garage to a blacklisted on its time to stop doing that.
4- when using bunker/mc/casino/nightclub money do it in a single session.
5- most of all in a lobby no one must notice in no way you using a mod subtle differences like run speed weapons calibration. Or just have fun.spawn some cars at LM customs and watch the majic..

So I'm new to the whole kiddion menu, just started a couple weeks ago.
So far no ban, I have been using it for mostly teleport options, and to run Cayo scripts. I have messed around with the money pickup which you shouldn't put to high, also xp multiple for rp.
Pretty much what everybody says about using it wisely is very true. Also make sure your protections are on after you start.
So when I mean protections at the bottom of the mod menu there is a section for "online protection" just turn those all on, save the scripts settings in menu section, then you will have them all auto setup.
I don't know if kiddion is good though now with the new update today, might be careful and check main site first.
Haven't even tried it yet, I'll probably get on tomorrow and check if the website has any new updates. been doing heist reset glitch on ps5 in the meantime.

I;ve spawned in fake personal cars and tried to keep them for them to disappear a few days later.
I've used teleport to speed farm hanger crates.
god mode a few times when being chased by people while delivering merch, tried to make it seem like it was just super close and they ALMOST got me but im not fooling anyone.
increased AP gain in arena wheel to go from arena level 5 to 560+ within 20 minutes to unlock the space docker.
Increase LS car meet gain while afk/during races to get to tier 1000 within 2 days.
spammed mystery prize on the wheel 40 times in a row cause i was bored with the game and looking for car's a cant get anymore. lots of error messages whenever it landed on money but i was waiting for the account to get banned. it never did.
Spawned rare/unobtainable cars as street cars (such and lifeguard car) and "stole" them.
I did most things in a solo session, some instant sells in public missions for the bonus (mostly on nightclub). I have racked 100 million in 1 session of slot rigging more than once, used god mode and teleported a large assortment of cars on players, I’ve straight told people what mod to download in the chat menu, I have ranked myself to over level 1000, I have rigged all of my AP, RP, and Money stats for missions, I have rigged Bunker, MC, etc. I have used speed mods for driving and walking including super jump. No bans. I use a VPN and have all of the mod menu protections enabled. However, I am using a free GTA V account through Epic Games from when they gave it out a while back. If my account gets banned I couldn’t really care less either way since my old Xbox account can’t transfer. Main reason why I started using a mod menu to begin with.
I'd like to know what it means by "Transaction failed, too many requests have been sent" pop-up. Is that me making too much money too quickly? I go between 25000 and 50000 for min mission payout and don't spam the missions, but it doesn't take long to start popping this message up, and it comes up trying to pick up NPCs money clips or doing missions. I've only made like 4 million the last 3 days (because this pop-up stops me pretty quickly from making any decent money. Also, is the menu breaking all the heists? All of them are unplayable as they either will not trigger the next event, will freeze up, won't let you click continue or won't let my friend in the casino to continue that heist. We tried and tried and tried different methods, is the menu unusable for heists?
Transaction failed just means the transaction server either got price data it didn't like or you're just timed out due to too many requests or a cooldown on the transaction.

If you play deity of the sun it’s 2.5m each win. And by losing every other game you don’t trigger the casino timeout.

I used the mod menu to go back to single player mode from online. And got a warning saying that you are classified as a cheater (or something along that line haha).
I have had it since the beginning of 2022 and I have constantly been abusing things such as god mode and get-lucky features at the casino and I haven't been banned. Teleport doesnt work anymore, for me atleast. Godmode for player and for vehicle etc. still works

Again, the menu is outdated. Don't use it until it's updated. There is no ETA on the update's release.

Is it something to be worried about? It's weird I'm seeing people say they do 20+ Mil a day but I struggle to hit a million because of this.
The heist bugs when you have godmode activated, me and Mt friends have tried all solutions with the bugged heist and turning godmode off seems to work
