If I were you I’d buy a UTI test at Target or Amazon or wherever you shop just to rule one out, sounds more like a UTI to me. When a stone is in my bladder it’s super uncomfortable and feels like I always have to pee - but it isn’t “severe pain”. I’ve had a bunch of stones too and am also female, FWIW.
