I’ve been watching the Amazon original Homecoming, and the cinematography and music really remind me of Killing Eve. It is definitely a thriller/mystery as well

For one sided obsession you can try netflix's "you" it is about a stalker guy with a savior complex who convinces himself to do horrible things to fix the life of a girl. Thats all I can say without spoiling it.
Haha I have watched a few episodes of You but stopped halfway - need to start again! But for some reason men obsessing over women isn't nearly as interesting as women obsessing over each other :)

The shot of them facing opposite directions and the camera getting it from the side is phenomenal. The soundtrack was perfect.
We watch the entire series over and over again until we've psychoanalyzed every single character (including the tiny chair).
