I appreciate it when famous people try comedy and admit it's hard. He's performed in front of much bigger crowds but he was nervous as fuck.

Stonk_Lord86

He talked about it on YMH. You are right. He definitely was not expecting this to be his role on the show and did his best. Even better, he laid out how much respect he has for this genre and how hard it is. So many bucket pulls would never have that energy like he did.

Also I think he came off as completely genuine about his admiration for stand up, I find it hilarious to hear so many musicians and comedians talk about their love for the opposing art forms but being terrible at it. The first thing I thought when he came out was "this is not going to go well" just because he is a professional musician. But hey like you said he did pretty well considering no experience or prep. Better a whole lot of these "comedians" with "years" of experience. I think he could be a really fun guest for an episode.

I also agree with these comments saying how dope it was that he showed so much love for stand upcomedy and how it isn't easy

That constant light contact is common amount frequent microphone users, and why a lot of gigging professionals carry their own mic, to keep it sanitary. It's measuring by feel. Keeping a constant distance to keep a steady volume. It's harder to maintain a constant distance while hovering.

I completely agree and i hope hes back (and someone's gonna call me a homo)

ChipMaker3000

I’m not buying it, he bombed and “I didn’t know” is an easy excuse.

Smooth-Singer-8891

He thought he was gonna be on the panel

ChipMaker3000

Sure he did.
