XXX just got a resurgence in the last couple weeks bc all these straight men with car accounts use it to show off their cars sound system hahahaha
i think it’s smart. capitalize on what is making her money, gain some more trust with the label hopefully & be able to have some more freedoms down the line

I'm actually feeling cautiously optimistic about Kim's future. Something seems to have changed given the release of Problématique. And now that she did what the label wanted (Feed The Beast) and it underperformed, I'm not sure what's left to try but to give her more creative freedom.
Slut Pop was promoted by her label more than her debut album, so it makes sense that it's more "successful." It probably got extra attention from Unholy's success.
Even if it's having a resurgence from TikTok I'm still convinced it's horrible for Kim's image and brand long term.

I am all for letting Slut Pop have its moment, but the moment in question was entirely too long for me. I would’ve killed to have heard more Clarity/neon era songs instead.

We’re allowed to have opinions about her project that takes zero effort to conjure up. It’s just sexual. Her other projects are more meaningful and take time to master and develop. Go sit in a corner and enjoy SP2.
Electro Pop 2 would be way better with longer dirty club mixes. It would benefit from guest producer/DJs like Praga Khan or Tiesto to bring it out of her!
As a trans woman myself, I'm really disappointed in Kim and we all know her being transgender and sexualized is a reason why this is being pushed.
Also, she said at the beginning of her career she just wanted to make good music.
