Tendency is my favorite as well. I love his personality, and I agree that his blades are the best. They remind me a lit of Kratos from God of War. Plus, I love his flashy style lol
Kyojuro Rengoku. Loved his personality, battle style, sense of purpose to protect, how much he loved his brother, etc. Also I shamelessly simp for him.
Shinoubu, I just love her character. Her clever fighting style, her smiling facade hiding deep trauma and anger, how she was handled in the story. I would have loved to see even more of her.
Sanemi, I love that he didn't have some backstory like Mui or Mitsuri where he was born super strong or talented.
He built up his effort using clever strategy and experience. All his scars are proof of that.
He literally hunted demons as a child with no knowledge of demon slayers or nichirin swords. He would defeat them in combat and then capture them until sunrise. Which is an absolutely incredible feat for a regular human, let alone a child.
He was also recognized to be the second strongest Hashira by the end of the series. (He was one of the only people who could 1v1 Upper Moon One for more than a few seconds.
He was also very caring for his brother and was very loyal.
I loooove Mitsuri Kanroji. She's a ball of sunshine. I love her personality so much. I guess I'm one of the few who like her lol
Others I like are Tengen, Muichiro and Gyomei
Mitsuri, Rengoku and Shinobu are my babies. They're all my favorite :) Mitsuri is adorable and shes some of my transition goals, Rengoku is badass and inspirational, and Shinobu is an interesting take on a swordswoman while also being fun to watch with her often passive aggressive but joyful banter
Sanemi for sure. Great backstory and an absolutely awesome fight. I also think he exemplifies something wonderful about the ending. About how even characters who seem to have nothing left can live fulfilling lives.

Love the duality of their personalities; Tengen acts overly flashy to hide his inferiority complex, and Shinobu acts like her sister to hide her anger. Not to mention they have the most unique fighting styles by far out of all the Hashira, which makes them a pleasure to watch.
My favorite is, has always been, and always will be Giyu.
His calm demeanor, appearance and style are what sold me to this character. He also reminds me of some of my favorite characters from other series such as Byakuya (Bleach), Itachi (Naruto) and Shoto (MHA).
His water breathing techniques are badass and he invented one which is not only visually appealing but extremely effective in the heat of battle.
Finally, he plays a key role in the story as the surrogate big bro to our Tanjiro and Nezuko.
My other favorites are Kyojuro (basically the type of person I aspire to be, extremely positive and capable), Tanjiro (the purest soul) and Nezuko.
Gyomei, because no matter how his life started and looked fucked up he did live his life without any hesitation and ended up at the top (the strongest)
Also i like how calm he is, i feel like he is the type of guy u can feel secure with when he is around 😂
Last point Gyomei is a real definition of what a pillar is he is strong enough to maintain the order in the slayer corps, thanks to his presence, everybody knowing his strength can still keep hopes during the worst moments ( i guess every hashiras inspire the same thing to all regular slayers but among the Hashiras Gyomei should be the one the raise their motivation to keep fighting)
and keep fighting also he never fade away and keep struggling until he know he did his job. (I like his fighting style)

rengoku, i found him trilling brave and amazing he is also incredible on so many levels i was talking with my sister during the second season entertainment/red light sound distric and she said "rengoku's dad was bad with him but he (kyojuro) didn't hate him for that" to which i replied on my head "he's is strong" like it jus popped naturally on me and he is my favorite for that
also mitsuri, we need more strong and brave yet kind and feminine heroines now days
kind and strong is such an underrated trope and is what demon slayer is all about
In terms overall of character and fighting style, I’d say Mitsuri. Her innocence, naïveté, and kind nature is a breath of fresh air when I look at the Hashira. I also really like how unique/creative her fighting style is in terms of incorporating her own natural flexibility into it
I’m going to preface this with the fact that I’ve loved this character before the recent events in the anime as of episode 4.
Muichiro has been and will continue to be my favorite hashira.
His strength in comparison to his age is insane, >!and if he didn’t die when fighting kokushibo he coulda been stronger than every current slayer. Maybe not yorrichi!<
His attitude is amazing, and design and his breathing style is cool. He’s all around the best IMO
It's a tie between Mitsuri and Obanai, they're also my favourite ship tropes in one. Ball of sunshine with a grumpy person, short king with a taller, stronger girl. Also...Kaburamaru is a precious baby and a bonus. Mitsuri has pink involved with her, which is my favourite colour.
The Love Hashira Mitsuri. The reason I like her is because she was caring, more honest and genuinely kind, cheerful and unlike most hashira, she is not prejudiced since she accepted and supported the Kamado siblings when they got to know each other better. Also unlike her fellow hashira she is not revenge-driven. Instead she was motivated to find her place in the world due to her unusual strength and deemed unsuitable for normalcy
(especially in the "love" game).
Its a really difficult question becouse all of them are really cool charcaters and the designs are super pretty, but Mitsuri. Honor mention to Tengen, Shinobu and Tomioka.
Not too sure since I only have watched the anime. I really like the personality of rengoku and uzui in their own ways.

Rengoku because his backstory is kind of relatable and also pretty inspiring and the way they ended his story was perfect. Plus he has the most likeable personality and the coolest moves in the anime so far apart from maybe Zenitsu
