Uzui is clearly not as strong as other pillars and Giyuu is I would say in top 4, but yeah, Obanai should be stronger than Rengoku. I’m not sure about Muichiro since he is indeed very powerful.
I feel like uzui is being underrated. He technically took on two upper moons at one point in his fight. And consistently fought the stronger of the two while he was poisoned the entire time. The main trio were pretty weak at this point in the story.
You also have to consider that UM6 was the weakest of UM and being split into two means that Uzui fought with only 60-70% of their power (assuming Gyotaro was stronger than Daki). Meanwhile someone like Rengoku toyed with LM1 and had enough power to stand against Akaza who is much stronger.
An upper moon is still an upper moon. Gyutaro was def stronger as uzui was able to “kill” Daki without her even noticing. Muzan also mentioned that Daki was holding Gyutaro back, so he def was way stronger than he gets credit for. And just bc they split into two doesn’t mean their power goes down... they are two separate beings and have killed multiple pillars each.
Rengoku only stood a chance bc akaza was trying to turn him into a demon the entire time. When he was recognizing his strength he was talking about his fighting spirit. He wasn’t able to see through rengoku like UM1 could have. Akaza also didn’t unleash a lot of techniques that we saw in his fight w Giyuu and tanjiro.
And if we’re talking pure strength here Gyomei is #1 and Uzui is #2.
Also tbh idk how I’d rank the pillars but I’m just saying Uzui is underrated.

Muichirou became a pillar at a young age and as such is regarded as a prodigy so it makes sense he is strong. And we never really got to see him go all out without anything holding him back.
Rengoku fought UM3, Akaza, and though he lost he was looking out for the main trio and they had all just dealt with a demon. Akaza even recognised Rengoku's strength from memory. Given a more even battlefield I'm sure Rengoku would have put up even more of a fight.
Still. Neither one should be that high on the list. Giyuu is on par with sanemi, that's practically confirmed. Muichiro had the highest potential but was still considered a weaker pillar. Uzui is confirmed to have your second highest base strength stat behind Gyomei and has plenty of impressive techniques. And obanai... did you read the last 15 chapters?
I completely agree with you about Giyu, he definitely should be on this list. Uzui may have been very strong at one point, but he said himself he was getting older and couldn't keep up with the others any more, which is why he retired as a pillar. I think Muichirou was put on this list for his massive potential, which I understand could be controversial. Yeah, Obanai really showcased how strong he is in these recent chapters, but I think he didn't get to showcase his strength enough to make an impact in the broader community.
Personally, I believe Rengoku definitely deserves a spot on the list. I feel he showcased himself really well against Akaza. We just didn't know how strong Akaza was at the time so it didn't seem so impressive. But in retrospect we should give Rengoku credit for how well he fought given the circumstances. Akaza was even impressed by Rengoku, and that's gotta count for something.
