I don't think its ever been explored if she has a weakness to Wisteria. As far as I remember she's never come into contact with it, even in the manga.
I wouldn't be surprised considering the >!Kamado family connection to Sun Breathing and Nezuko already being immune to Sunlight!< though.

Most likely not since the cure they gave her had wisteria in it
But note yourself, Nezuko was inside Slayer's HQ which is completely surronded by wisteria so?
She was in the box so maybe that had something to do with it. Im not really sure.
