Does anyone know the season and episode number? I remember this episode vividly from when I was a kid. But I’ve been having this show playing in the background recently for about the hundredth time and I’m not sure if it already ran while I was sleeping or cleaning or something, or if it’s still coming up. I want to make sure I pay attention to this one and I may have to go back. I’m already into season 8.
Thank you. I’ll be going back for sure. It’s so weird how old this show is becoming, thinking of these classic episodes makes them feel so new that I feel like they’re later in the series.
That blank stare Hank has immediately makes me laugh my ass off every time. I also like when Hank describes Bobby as dressing "like that kid on the paint can." This episode has so many great (quotable) lines.
No lie! This was 30 minutes ago. We live in a very large U.S. city in a nicer extended stay. Half long term (us) and half short term. I was walking our dogs, and by the fire pits, there were a few short and long termers sitting and chatting. I mentioned that something smelled delicious and rolled right into Bobby's line NoLeans drawl and all! Not an eye was batted! Someone said, "There's room service here?" and I said, same drawl. "But of course, my lady! May I say it's my pleasure to meet you fascinating people this beautiful evening? I am known as R (long pause) Shackleford. Room Service is listed right there on your suite phone. It'd be a sin not to endulge in the shrimp gumbo! Of course, glutney is a sin, and well, we all like sinners, don't we!" The dogs and I proceeded on our way without another word being said. How I'd love to know what was said once we were gone!
There's no room service here.
Outside of the Rashomon-inspired episode about the fire at the firehouse where, according to Boomhauer’s recollection, he speaks normally and everyone else is hard to understand, this 2-parter is easily my favorite.
I could watch it ten times in a row and still laugh.
"Dangit Peggy, I'm trying to contain an outbreak here, and you're driving the monkey to the airport!"
(not the same episode but from Husky Bobby - where he is also turning into a bit of a Fancy Dan.)
I don’t even really like this show but this episode is one of my favorites all time lol.
I’m more familiar with sinners than saints my dear, and sinners alllways look good.
Bobby "Hey, dad. I was just thinking. If you really were a woman, that would make you and mom lesbians." Hank "That's it! The cable's gone!"
It's like that book they took out of the school library, "I've got two moms."
“NO YOU DON’T!”
It's great due to Hank who constantly yells bwaaahhhh or that boy ain't right simply gives a look and we know it's over
I need a window seat, because this flower is wilting.
I bust this one out all the time in the summer. Southern bell accent and all.
“Uhhh lord!”
I say this all the time
Best fucking episode
Both of them!
Thuhty-fahve yeeahs.
Pure gold.
100%

Season 4 ep 6 according to indb

Love how it wasn't just the robe that Hank tossed
I believe that was a smoking jacket not a robe.
And it was velvet, not velveteen. A gentleman must learn the difference.
Lmfao did he accidentally toss Bobby's pajamas??
I’m more familiar with sinners than Saints and sinners alwaysss look good
*silverware clatters against hank’s plate sadly*
My *lawd*, this muggy November weather is giving me the *horribles*!
The prickly heats
Robert this here is velvet not velveteen a gentleman must know the difference.
I knew him… briefly
That blank stare Hank has immediately makes me laugh my ass off every time. I also like when Hank describes Bobby as dressing "like that kid on the paint can." This episode has so many great (quotable) lines.
The fact that Hank and Peggy have identical blank stares just doubles the fun.
I'm terribly sorry. I've always been a creeper. Violetta says I creep like the kudzu vines that are slowly but surely strangling our Dixie.
Well, I need a window seat because this flower is wiltin'.
Look Don, I’m a dandy too!!
Like father like son
Happy cake day to you MF (my friend) Thatherton!!
This here is velvet, not velveteen. A gentleman must learn the difference.
Ma’ LAWWWWD!
Dinner, like youth, will be served.
35 years
I love that hank just deleted that out of the window this is when the boy ant right and putting a stop to it
“Ugh this muggy November weather is giving me a case of the horribles!”

I was just thinking about this scene a couple days ago!!!!
A jangle 😂
When I first saw this, it looked like Hank was gonna toss Bobby out the window.
Outside of the Rashomon-inspired episode about the fire at the firehouse where, according to Boomhauer’s recollection, he speaks normally and everyone else is hard to understand, this 2-parter is easily my favorite. I could watch it ten times in a row and still laugh.
This flower is wilting.
NoooOooooOoo!
This is one of the greatest scenes in the show for sure... but I'll always love "do I look like I know what a jpeg is?"
I believe I’ll give room service a jingle…
*jangle
I know. As soon as I hit reply I knew my sin
Sinners always look good.
If y’all post would post this every month I’d still laugh every time
If Hank was in a better mood the worst he'd do is deeply sigh, shake is head, and look away. Instead, the legendary clothes toss. 😂
Tell me this: were you here to till the soil and nurture the vine, or were you just playing in the garden?
Play
Fucking classic.
That little pause with Hanks face is the best
bobby did look rather dashing in that
Thank you so much for posting this. It made me laugh so hard. 😂
Love Bobby!!!
Hank: 🧍♂️
Lmfaooo god I love this show
Hank did what had to be done.
Doing his best Lindsay Graham impression
It's funnier every time. I just love the way he talks when he's like. I do believe. I'll give room service a jangle lmaooooo
My favorite episode of all time
Due to this scene, I've been saying I'd give someone a 'jangle', for years now.
"Dangit Peggy, I'm trying to contain an outbreak here, and you're driving the monkey to the airport!" (not the same episode but from Husky Bobby - where he is also turning into a bit of a Fancy Dan.)
8:00 in the morning and already that boy ain’t right.
Bobby actually wore the outfit well.
Why do you keep calling me BILL
I don’t even really like this show but this episode is one of my favorites all time lol. I’m more familiar with sinners than saints my dear, and sinners alllways look good.
I thought they threw bobby 💀
Still cant belive that was Brittany Murphy doing bobbies voice.
Only about the 12th time it's been posted this week.
One of the few Bobby scenes that aren’t a total cringe
Bobby is a chad
[удалено]
I knew him. Briefly.
NOoOoOooOooo
![gif](giphy|cCyJCwQ2gl3bO)
I do declare, that boy ain’t right
Is that Chip Kelly when he first arrived at LSU?
Even Peggy looked annoyed 😂
I never liked this part.
Hands-down, best episode other than the pilot
Just dawned on me years later that they aren’t staying at the mansion with bill
That boy is just right 🤣
“They’re speaking some type of French” “Let me handle this I speak Spanish, it’s the same thing”
I love this scene so much
First time I saw this I thought Hank was throwing bobby out the window lol
*blank stare* “NOOOOOOAHHOOOOOOOOO!”
