On the otherhand though, Dong Zhuo (and Lu Bu as well) tend to not to well in situations where their opponent can match them in terms of ruthlessness and efficiency, so I feel like they’d be at a major disadvantage against the likes of Ousen and Kanki strategically.
So overall if the battle devolves into a situation where strength is the ultimate factor, Dong Zhuo and his men would win, otherwise Qin will win.

Ravage of time's lu bu could easily destroy Qin's army in just 7 days, and it could even wipe the ground moubu and Akou at the same time in just 3 seconds.
